Probably the only good thing of this hotel is the location, which is not the best but acceptable. There are a 7/11 and a family mart right at door step, and it is next to the breeze building with several basic shopping options (uniqlo, muji, ikea, ..) and food. It is in between 2 train stations with 6-8 min walk to each in shade footpath.
Everything else. I understand the high price is due to the public holiday, but even with the normal charge I still think it's not value for money. There is no hotel lobby, only 2 chairs for sitting so not good if you're travelling with a big group. The attitude of their staff I would say is really bad. No one smile or greet at you. Well they still adapt what you request, but with some attitude. The room is clean, but not very comfy, it is in the style of hotels built 10 years ago with the smell of moist, few hooks and really bad lighting. There is no toilet door so if someone is doing number 2 others will suffer. And the worst part probably is breakfast. I paid extra 450NTD/ person to receive a buffet with very few options of stir fried meat, chinese congee, and a small salad bar. There is only 1 staff working in the breakfast area so food is constantly run out and it took a long time to top up.
