一起從錯誤中成長
Pros:

1.感謝所有接待我們的服務人員以及事前與我溝通的相關人員，大家都非常nice，並且很認真負責自己的崗位。
2.早餐種類多。

Cons:

1.辛苦清潔人員了，但可能是房間太大、打掃時間不夠，廁所馬桶座有髒污。
2.以為椅子有前後搖擺的功能，但聽到有怪異聲音，還是打給房務人員確認，入住期間還要打電話，而且是為了房內很基本的設備問題，我以為我是測試員，入住是確保其他客人入住沒問題。也辛苦工作人員快速更換新的椅子，讓我坐在沒問題的椅子享受窗外美景。
3.5／31 早上4點44分，我睡意突然沒了，於是躺在床上聽著我另一半的呼吸聲還有天花板上疑似滴水的聲音，回想入住發生的種種事情，只剩下6小時16分就要退房了，我不想在我享受假期的時間中還要再打電話找人來看發生什麼問題，告訴我為何發生，如何解決，或是這是正常的。
5.我想一定是我發音不標準，我喊AI智能語音助理小美犀沒反應，有時喊三次才可能會理我，讓我好難過，我只是想躺在床上呼叫智能助理幫我打開窗簾看看早上5:20分的美景，啊，不對，我忘記AI智能語音助理沒有打開窗簾的功能。所以我還是得下床去找開關才能打開窗簾。床頭旁並沒有窗簾的開關，這點很醒人化，讓我記住多動有益身體健康。蠻可惜沒嘗試AI語音助理連結我手機藍芽，有可能是一大賣點。完成連結，我可以把AI語音助理當作藍芽音箱播放我手機歌曲。
6.請飯店準備的驚喜卡片，一進房間卻沒看到。我想一定是我表達有誤，導致驚喜卡片的出現時間和第二個驚喜一起。

此次選擇漢來是因為有訂晚上的島語，同時給另一半準備驚喜才訂一晚行政套房，我沒有讓另一半知道要住宿。一開始和飯店透過郵件還有電話溝通，都非常專業，回覆也很快速，為了驚喜我還提前一天到現場結清房費，只差沒到房間場勘。並再次和現場工作人員簡單對下當時郵件來往討論的卡片準備以及大概說明我對另一半說明當天不用房費的說詞，這樣好套招，剩下就臨場發揮。當天入住卻被問是使用什麼平台預定、辦理入住時，被問隔天早餐要分流，請問要6:30還是8:00用餐、進房沒看到先前溝通的驚喜。我想一定是我臨場反應不夠好，以及在事前溝通還不夠仔細，並製作一份詳細的PPT和SOP和飯店一一核對，來確保當天都不是臨場對應。不過好消息是，最終最終的一個驚喜很完美完成。就算入住期間發生了這些事情，我還是試著調適心情，和另一半在25樓貴賓軒聊著這些幽默的狀況，一邊擔心驚喜有沒有被發現，一邊喝生啤酒壓壓驚。

以上評語完全對事不對人，再次感謝所有服務我們的工作人員，都是非常棒，非常盡責。
但可能礙於飯店的制度規章、組織流程、各個部門負責的業務範疇，總會有些疏漏還有灰色地帶，甚至是時間上的挑戰。尤其我這次入住漢來是為了給另一半驚喜，可能漢來在驚喜這塊不是主要業務重點，所以在對應上會讓我失望。我也是第一次為另一半準備這些驚喜，我也經驗不足，但經過這次，讓我學到超多細節。非常感謝漢來！
很歡迎大家體驗看看漢來的行政套房，光聽光看評論是不準，價格不貴，只是我薪水1／3！

但未來要選擇住宿，我是絕對不會選擇漢來相關體系的飯店。
就算飯店要給我一年免費住宿做為補償，我也絕對不考慮。
因為我為了我另一半在漢來飯店準備的兩個驚喜，最終只實現了一個驚喜。而這個實現的驚喜是我事前送審漢來的佈置同意書，我找外面廠商進來飯店佈置。

請不要透過任何方式聯絡我，因為我不想因為這件事開會檢討服務還有事前和我聯絡的相關工作人員，然後給我一個說法。只要一聽到是漢來，我立馬掛電話。

服務極佳、房間舒適，早餐豐富
Pros:

早餐種類極多，取餐區範圍狹長，需要花比較多時間在覓食上。東西普遍好吃，都在水準之上，但是似乎不太有記憶點。
這次被升級房型，房間寬敞舒適，mini bar 有不少迎賓飲料，咖啡機是 nespresso vertu。
浴室寬敞，水壓強。

Cons:

浴室/廁所換氣偏弱，水汽或氣味不易消散，有點敗筆。
走廊的香氛味道過於濃郁，雖然進房間就聞不到了，但是一出門會感到太刺激。這可能是個人喜好問題。
