總而言之，住宿價格偏高，但服務品質並未達到相應水準，整體住宿體驗不佳，未來不會再選擇入住。
Cons:

1.早餐很普通
2.雖說配合政府的政策，飯店不提供一次性的盥洗用品。但貴飯店是五星級，收費也是不便宜，一晚要破萬等級的，牙刷卻還是要另外收費，感受真的不好。
3.櫃台服務人員人數少，常常都大排長龍。
4.送牙刷到房間就要額外收服務費 。
5.退房時發現被多收服務費，還好沒有自住退房，要不然莫名被你們賺走一筆費用。

Pros:

房間超大超美又乾淨，以一晚6000多還有島語早餐，這樣的性價比真的無法挑剔

Cons:

SPA櫃檯的服務員說話有點不客氣，我問SPA是在這邊嗎，服務員不耐煩的回我：你要做什麼?
我當然是來體驗SPA的啊不然嘞!!

Awesome, really nice stay overall. Would come backe.
Pros:

Grand Hilai Taipei
The infinity pool is stunning — honestly one of the nicest hotel pools I’ve seen in Taipei. The place looks really elegant, the furniture’s lovely, and the staff were super thoughtful.
It’s a bit far from the city centre, so having a car helps. But Mitsui LaLaport is right across the road, so shopping and eating out are easy.
