整體上很好，只是價錢很貴
Pros:

早餐種類蠻豐富的，有空橋連到Lalaport，不用怕淋雨，缺點是空橋只有平日限定
電視有接一條額外的HDMI延長線可以用

Cons:

國內外住了這麼多飯店的行政樓層，從沒遇過走進去時要我們在一旁等、結果在行政廊等了快兩小時也沒人來確認辦理入住，最後說換了房型，結果在我躺在客廳時突然被另一對房客直接刷卡進房，撥電話給飯店櫃台、一開始還要我們回到櫃台確認？房間我都使用了行李也卸了，如果當下我不在請問這對房客是否就可直接進入我的房間？退房時更幽默了，說準備小禮物表達歉意然後又要我們自己退房後去服務中心領，這到底是把房客當乞丐還是什麼？我不在意我付這房費、我也沒要求房間升等或換房，但一家飯店把預訂房間正確分配和認真道歉應該是最基本的要求，你們的危機處理真的差的可以！

Cons:

We could not get a reservation for the lunch or evening for the seafood buffet; were told you have to book months in advance, but we had no notice of that. BIG disappointment!!

Great Upscale Amenities
Pros:

I really enjoyed the amenities of this beautiful hotel. We were able to spend an entire afternoon at the infinity pool, I loved the bathrooms which had a soaking tub and Japanese toilets with bidets, the floor to ceiling windows and especially the Nespresso coffee makers which reminded me of home! Plus you could also walk straight over to the mall without going outside.

Cons:

My only. Negative would be that the skywalk entrance from the hotel to the mall closed super early. We wanted to go to dinner and had to try to figure out how to get there from the outside.
