本來住到尊榮想說床會很大沒想到床很小，因為有小孩所以睡得不是很舒服，跟櫃檯溝通，櫃檯友善幫助我們換到大的床，整體感覺很棒，清潔也很好，無可挑惕，唯獨只有早餐樣式偏少，不是我想像中那種多樣式的，除此之外無可挑惕，

六點起床，七點被隔避房的打電話來說太吵，只是一般對話電視也沒開，反映給櫃檯人員沒接電話，親自下樓後也沒有辦法處理，很簡單就是換個房間就能處理的事情，也不會，另外入住二人房只有一客早餐，另一個要吃要多付費，也還好沒花錢吃
，早餐真的真的就三個字：不好吃

此次選擇入住考量到智醫康寓的地點而選擇，實際入住超過一週，先說優點。

1.入住尊榮樓層，健身房設備新穎。

2.公共交誼區提供飲水機與氣泡水，減去自煮飲用水煩惱。

3.入住含廚房的房型，飯店提供烹飪廚具借用服務。

4.早餐餐廳工作人員接待親切，熱情招呼。

另外，期待以下各點可以改善。

1.地下室停車場B2、B3環境衛生不佳，不好聞的氣味瀰漫，蚊子也不少。

2.住宿專案包含的停車折抵方式不便，既已採用車牌辨識，如果能直接設定入住期間車輛折抵更為方便。

3.入住期間遇到飯店硬體設施問題，有一晚沒有熱水可以使用，雖飯店說有公告在電視上，但沒有開啟電視的住客並無法接收到公告訊息。
當日發現沒有熱水可使用與櫃檯反應，接洽人員也不確定是施工造成還是熱水鍋爐損壞，回答變了又變，預定提供熱水的時間也到隔天早上才有，嚴重造成入住期間無法盥洗清潔，相當嚴重的問題。
尊榮樓層住宿方案價格不便宜，無法盥洗很誇張。

4.飯店期待接待長住旅客，早餐每日幾乎一樣少有變化，可以考慮每日餐點調整。

5.最後退房，與飯店確認賠償，飯店無主動提及此事嚴重錯誤造成的不便，詢問時僅輕言帶過「我們都有事先公告」，與其反應即便有公告，消費者看不到不能稱為有公告；其二沒有熱水的時間也比公告提早，櫃檯人員也輕言「是有其他住客反應怎麼提早了一下」，您不是住客，花費成本入住卻無法洗澡的是住客，您的提早一下下有多不方便您絕對不知道。
確認賠償時，因為需要回報主管，待其回覆；後來櫃檯人員與副總確認後，預計提供一張2025年底前可以使用的$500元住宿折扣券，限官網訂購使用，因官網售價價位高，即便折抵$500也還是比訂房平台貴，對於花費近$40000元的住客，不知這是有多少誠意的賠償呢？

以上，望桃園最大醫療集團下的旅宿設施能更提升品質。

ジムの写真があるにも関わらず実際はなかった。部屋は値段相応かな。駅近のため立地はいい。朝食は種類が少なく2回いけば飽きて3日目は行かなかった。アメニティは無くてもいいが水はペットボトルで置いといて欲しかったかな。

ホテルの人は親切です、テレビも大きい、冷蔵庫、ウォシュレットの電源ははいっていない。物を入れる引き出しがない。駅から近いので良かった、朝食は近くのサンドイッチ屋さんでホテルでチケットもらって、日本語に書いて有るメニューで買いに行きました、美味しいので良かった。

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

Smooth check in , amazing hospitality, superb service, comfortable room.

My wife, my kid and I are amazed by the front desk ladies’ hospitality. We spent just 1 night there but they made sure that our taxi arrived on time so that we are not late for our flight , packed our breakfast and escorted us until we got into our taxi. Surely will stay there again when we visit Taoyuan.

A fantastic property! The moment I arrived at this property, it was a breath of fresh air. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind and is definitely an asset to the hotel. The room itself it’s comfortable very clean very well put together. It almost feels very new. I’ve actually already booked to stay here again. Well done! And please pass a compliments on to the young lady at the front desk.
