Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiao Xi

Super friendly staff. Everything was excellent!

The hotel is clean and beautiful. All the staff are really well trained. The room hot springs is the highlight.

Pros:
Brand new hotel
tatami room is nice
water playground/slides for kids
free mini bar
comfy beds and shower
private hot tub

Cons:
location a little far from the JiaoXi junction/food shops
no shuttle to bus station (approx 500m) but can take uber
Must wear swimming cap to be allowed to use hot spring pools but not communicated/advised on booking - considered unnecessary rules but if you insist then you must inform customers beforehand so we can prepare

飯店整體還不錯，但房間隔音可以再加強。
提供早午餐，很適合不想早起吃早餐的人。

很棒的體驗，即使有遇到小問題，也很快的協助排除

Staff is friendly, room is big and clean, also there is a big spa in the balcony. Breakfast is variety food. Asian style and western style. The only thing the sounding area doesn’t have shopping store we need walk to the bus station but we also can take taxi to there.
Overall this hotel is way nice.

環境清潔安靜

超棒的半室外泡湯場地，山景房的湯池不管是晚上或是凌晨都讓人留戀忘返。

乾淨整潔值得再訪。

就是停車入口指示還可以再加強。

大廳的服務人員非常的親切，一進到客房，窗簾自動開啟看到外面景色的瞬間，心情真的非常得好。房間也非常的乾淨，床也非常的舒服。還有好多免費的電影可以看看。這次選擇山景的房間，還有戶外溫泉可以泡，真的很舒服。

浴室排水不佳以外，什麼都很好！

住宿環境很滿意，空間很好，半戶外有昆蟲很正常

It was a fantastic vacation trip. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite! I’ve got early check-in and free shuttle service for pick up. The room is clean, spacious and love the big hot spring tub outdoor facing the green mountains! So relaxing to hear the sound of nature while having hot spring.

When I used the public hot spring, I was a bit dizzy after several rounds, and the staff immediately help and gave me towels and drinks. They cared as a team that even when I checked out, the counter staff knows and care. That’s amazing hospitality service.

The breakfast and dinner were good, especially the beef soup at breakfast!! Staff were very helpful and cheerful!

The compliment sweet soy-soup in the afternoon was very nice too!!!

It’s been a very relaxing and matched many of my expectations. Will recommend others to come visit!!

Thanks for the staff team (the counter, the staff at hotpot dinner and breakfast, as well as the two ladies served at the public hot spring… and the lady serving compliment tea and soy sweet soup at Blue Lagoon)

整體來說是很棒的，小小的美中不足是餐廳的用餐體驗不太好，通常供餐截止前應該要通知用餐客人可以先去取餐，我們都沒被告知，要取餐時，工作人員就已經都收完了。

只有空中酒吧可以晚上聚會用但是對於有小孩的家庭比較不方便，沒有公共空間可以家庭聊天

我們住的是市景日式房，房內裝潢有許多明顯的不美觀之處，看評論好像其他房間沒有這個問題，可能是單一狀況，不過房價相對附近便宜，所以可以接受。
室內溫泉池的裝潢非常乾淨新穎、非常寬敞、非常舒適，會為了室內溫泉池再度光臨，而且下次會選擇山景，我相信體驗會更加完美。
我們食量都不大，所以早餐內容我們都覺得蠻好的，服務人員態度也很好，下次會再來體驗山景房。

By far the best hotel we had on the island!!!
We were in total in 14 hotels!
This one, met money-quality expectations, had no disappointments was super clean and provided the best breakfast we had!

Definitely recommend it!!!

無規劃白牌機車停車位較為可惜, 不方便機車族入住停車.

整體很舒服，冰箱還有提供免費梅酒飲料類，有帶小孩還有智能小美犀可以講故事聽音樂。
