L'appartement était complet, bien agencé et très confortable. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin : l'idéal pour cuisiner à l'appart et faire quelques économies en voyageant... La personne de contact était une IA mais lorsque j'ai remarqué une fuite à la douche, le lien a été fait avec un vrai employé qui est vite venu remplacer le pommeau de douche.
Il n'y avait pas de poubelle pour faire le tri sélectif dans l'appartement. Pour des séjours de plusieurs jours en cuisinant, c'est dommage. Aussi, les contacts se font donc de base avec une IA, parler avec une vraie personne aurait été plus eco friendly.
Alles is geautomatiseerd en je hebt geen sleutel nodig alles kan via je telefoon. En er zijn allerlei slimme en leuke dingen. Zoals een katoenen tas en een dopper drinkfles die je kan lenen.
Helemaal geen personeel en het was er warm en de lift en gang waren niet schoon
Propreté, confort, équipement, calme, bagagerie, emplacement près du métro, partenariat sympa avec les cafés voisins pour le petit-déjeuner
Pas de personnel, pas de clé, tout se fait avec le smartphone : check in, accès à la bagagerie, déverrouillage de la porte de la chambre... du coup, il faut toute la journée faire attention à garder son smartphone bien chargé, sinon impossible de rentrer dans la chambre. C'est un peu stressant et enlève au plaisir des vacances

- Good value for money.
- A very comfortable bed that we slept well on, although its design and placement have some major drawbacks (see below).
- Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, about a 5–7 minute walk from the metro and bus stops.
- Well-equipped kitchen.
- Soap and shampoo in the bathroom, plus dish soap, a sponge, and a cleaning cloth in the kitchen.
- Fresh towels and bed linen were available in the laundry room whenever needed.
- Tea and coffee were provided upon arrival and replenished after cleaning.
- The bed is quite narrow and unusually high. The biggest issue, however, is its placement. One side is against the wall/window, so the person sleeping on that side cannot get out of bed without climbing over their partner and waking them up. Getting out during the night is particularly awkward. The toilet is mounted extremely low, almost as if it were designed for a small child. Sitting down and standing up is uncomfortable, and using it with your knees much higher than the rest of your body is quite an experience. 😉 The shower leaks both along the edges near the walls and from the bottom. Unless you keep the showerhead pointed directly into the corner, the bathroom floor quickly becomes soaked. The shower enclosure is also poorly designed. One glass door only opens about 20–35 degrees before hitting the sink, while the other hits the toilet with no protective stop. It’s surprising the glass hasn’t broken yet. During mid-week cleaning, we were left with only one duvet and one set of towels for two people. 😟 The electrical outlets are another example of poor planning. One is next to the sink, exposing the socket, charging cables, and phone to water. Another is right beside the bed, with a wall lamp only about 20 cm above the mattress, making it very easy to hit your head. A third outlet is at floor level next to the bed, while the windowsill is over 50 cm away, so most charging cables barely reach it. There is no proper wardrobe. There are a few hangers, but the space on the left is practically unusable because clothes get pressed against the shelf and the TV. There is no dish drying rack in the kitchen, so dishes have to be dried by hand every time. There is enough space in the cupboard for a small rack. The kitchen knives are quite dull. If the outside temperature rises above 25°C, the room becomes extremely hot, even with all three windows open. It stays uncomfortably warm throughout the night, so the lack of air conditioning is a significant drawback.
