Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Athens.
The location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having a small balcony in the room is also a lovely touch.
The staff are definitely the hotel’s greatest asset. They go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome.
If you’re looking for a hotel with great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

Exarchia is the best location to experience Athens. Comments about the neighborgood being unsafe are just prejudice. Compred to other parts of the city, Exarchia was the safest and cleanest. People were very welcoming. The hotel and the staff was amazing. Our room was very spacious, very clean and had many small details that makes it more enjoyable. For example the bathroom receives sp much natural light. Amazing balcony and view. When we first arrived, the person in the lobby made us a very extensive list of restaurants, bars and cafes. We only visited those and it made our teip much better. They were always very polite and caring. Price is much lower than standard hotels.

Amazing Place location and staff was excellent this beautiful lady named Lila gave us one of the warmest welcomes to the apartment and also helpful indications where to eat and how to move around Athens .Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing experience to Athens and have to say the apartment was spotless, perfect!!!!

Pros:

Super hotel, świetna lokalizacja pozwoliła na dotarcie do atrakcji na piechotę, do metra 10 minut. Pokój komfortowy, z balkonem, bardzo wygodne łóżka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, duża i wygodna łazienka. Bardzo czysto, pokój co drugi dzień sprzatany. Fantastyczny personel, bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Serdecznie pozdrawiam.

Would definitely use this place again.
Pros:

Excellent service from the staff. The rooms were great for the price with plenty of cabinet and closet space. The location was great but a 15 minute walk to nearest metro. Otherwise perfect.

Great stay in Athens!
Pros:

Haris and Lila are wonderful hosts and really make you feel at home. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing, local bars, and traditional Greek restaurants. The room was excellent and quiet with a comfortable bed, TV, and a great shower. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: toothbrush, razor, body lotion, hair conditioner, and everything you might need during your stay. A fantastic level of attention to detail. The property is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from either Viktoria or Omonia metro stations, and near a few bars and good dining options.

Cons:

The surrounding area can feel a bit intimidating if you arrive at night, especially on your first day. However, we never felt unsafe and did not experience any problems during our stay.
