Pros:

Yleiseltä uima-altaata näkyvistä kauniista maisemista pidimme eniten. Yleinen allas-alue on viihtyisä. Huone siivottiin päivittäin hyvin. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta oli mukavia. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Oma uima-allas oli kiva lisä.

Cons:

Varasimme huoneen merinäköalalla ja yksityisellä uima-altaalla. Merinäköala puuttui ja otimme asiasta heti yhteyttä hotellin vastaanottoon ja he lupasivat palata asiaan seuraavana päivänä. Näin ei kuitenkaan käynyt ja laitoin majoituspaikalle bookingin kautta 2 viestiä mutta en saanut vastausta. Seuraavana päivänä otin yhteyttä jälleen hotellin vastaanottoon, jolloin he pyysivät minua ottamaan yhteyttä booking.comiin asiasta, koska he eivät voi asialle tehdä mitään. Otin yhteyttä booking.com asiakaspalveluun kaksi kertaa ja sieltä selviteltiin asiaa hotellin kanssa. Lähetin booking.comin pyynnöstä myös kuvia huoneesta, joka meillä oli. Booking comin asiakaspalvelija ja hotellin johtaja eivät päässeet yhteisymmärykseen tilanteen selvittelyssä.
Jouduimme itse useaan otteeseen selvittämään asiaa, koska hotellin johtaja väitti meillä olevan sen huone minkä olimme bookin.comilta varanneet.
Loppujen lopuksi saimme varaamamme huoneen lisäksi tavallisen hotellihuoneen merinäköalalla 2 yön ajaksi, jossa oli paha homeen haju ja piti pitää öisin parvekkeen ovea auki tämän vuoksi. Hyvää asiassa kuitenkin oli se, että meille tarjottiin toista huonetta neuvoteltuamme itse asiasta.
Hotellin johtajan käytös oli huonoa meitä kohtaan asian hoitamisessa.
Bookin.comin ratkaisu asiaan oli antaa heidän sovelluksen lompakkoon 123,55 e rahaa kysymättä meiltä asiasta mitään.
Toivottavasti smy hotels and suites ei enää myy jatkossa huonetta yksityisellä uima-altaalla ja merinäköalalla, koska merinäköalaa ei ole.
Koemme tulleet tietyllä tavalla huijatuksi, koska emme saaneet huonetta merinäköalalla vaikka varauksessa niin luki. Emmekä saaneet myöskään rahallista hyvitystä, koska hotelli ei siihen suostunut. Huoneen peruutus ei ollut mahdollista, vaikka sitäkin pyysimme.

Rien, même pas le personnel pas à l'écoute du client surtout quand Il y a des réclamations, aucune table dressée pour le petit déjeuner c'est nous qui mettons notre cet de table je n'ai jamais vu ça, quand au verre de rosé que je prenne c'était jamais le même prix avant de dire le prix ils voulaient savoir si c'était en carte ou en cache ça passait de 6€,8€ ou 10€ comme je payez en cache bref je suis très dessus pour une fois que j'avais la chance de partir 10 jour même en faisant des réclamations les premiers jours de mon arrivée pas une fois un geste commercial voilà mon cauchemar

Au niveau de l'hébergement était loin de ressembler au même état que sur les photos.
Salle de bain, baignoire balnéo mais que baignoire plus ressembler à une douche un bouchon pour baignoire qui ne s'adapte pas au siffon très vétuste. Des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas.
Patio ventilateur plafond rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas. Piscine privée qui se vide toute seule donc impossible de sans servir le matin le technicien venait la remplir au tuyau d'arrosage piscine a refaire peinture qui part au fond du bassin les évacuations du trop plein dégueulasse
Bref très dessus de mes vacances trop cher pour la vétusté du logement des le premier jour j'avais qu'une hâte de rentrée chez-moi
