Pros:

The best aspect of this hotel was definitely the customer support. They were extremely quick and flexible in allowing me to change my room into one that allowed me to feel safer and more comfortable for no additional charge (although the new room was significantly larger).

Aside from that, it's very conveniently located in Copenhagen, clean, and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned was on the ground floor, with large windows, and the main entrance door was also glass. While there are curtains and blinds to make it feel more private, as a woman travelling alone, I felt very unsettled when I arrived in the room.
Copenhagen is a safe city, but even so, I would recommend that other people travelling alone (especially women) request their room not be on the ground floor.

As mentioned above, the online customer support chat helped me sort the situation very quickly, but I wish that the layout of the rooms and the fact that the entrance door is glass could have been disclosed before my visit, as it might have impacted my desire to stay in the hotel.

セルフチェックインがスムーズでした。また部屋も広くキッチンもついていたので満足です。
近くにスーパーも何軒もあり便利でした。
またぜひ利用したいです。

Cons:

コインランドリーや食洗機の使い方が旅行者にはわかりづらかったです。使い方の説明表示があればもっといいなと思いました。

Świetna lokalizacja i obsługa. Polecam serdecznie.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. 5 minut spacerem do metra. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem.
