Pros:

Location is perfect. Property looks stylish and modern. On the first floor there is restaurant. Reception staff was friendly, everybody. I asked about kettle to make a tea, they brought it to me. My room was standard. It is comfortable and there is enough space. I enjoyed my stay, absolutely recommend.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Incroyable appartement neuf, très confortable, spacieux et très bien situé. Une immense terrasse avec vue sur le port et la vieille ville.

Cons:

L'endroit est un peu bruyant (en pleine ville) pour ceux qui recherchent le calme.

Aufenthalt Ok, aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Lage super, direkt neben Altstadt. Ganz oben guter Blick über die Stadt. Fahrstuhl und Größe des Zimmers gut. Wasserkocher Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Bett lag sich gut. Guter Reinigungsservice. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Mehrere Sachen sollten verbessert werden, vor allem für den Preis. Das Hotel ist über einem Restaurant. Die Musikbeschallung auch über Aussenlautsprecher war die ersten 3 Tage vom frühen Nachmittag bis Nachts um 2 Uhr so laut, dass selbst ganz oben und bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Schlaf möglich war. Erst nach einer massiven Beschwerde wurde das dann behoben. Immerhin gab es eine Entschuldigung. In anderen Bewertungen haben das Gäste auch beschrieben. Die Lüftung der Dusche ohne Fenster geht nicht gut, beim Duschen läuft Wasser raus ins Bad. Oft ein moderiger Geruch aus dem Bad. Es gibt im Bad seitlich einen kleinen Haken. Ansonsten keine Möglichkeit Handtücher oder Badezeug aufzuhängen. Kein Wäscheständer. Die Schränke sind für Riesen gemacht. Ich bin mit 1,60 kaum an die Bügel rangekommen. Keine Zwischenablagen. Hab das Bügelbrett benutzt, um Sachen darauf zu packen. Beim Sturm und Starkregen hatten wir vor dem Sofa einen See, Fenster nicht dicht. Also baulich nicht optimal. Frühstück wird erst ab Mitte April im Hotelpreis angeboten. Insgesamt für den Preis sind Verbesserungen notwendig.

Για 100€ την βραδια με πρωινο το περιμενα πολυ καλυτερο

Καθαρα και ανετα δωματια

Cons:

Θορυβωδης τοποθεσια, θορυβωδες εστιατοριο ακριβως κατω απο τα δωματια το οποιο λειτουργουσε απο το μεσημερι ως αργα το βραδυ. Φτωχο πρωινο απο μενου(γι’αυτην την περιοδο ) αλλα χωρις πολλες επιλογες. Αργο σερβις( το πρωινο ξεκινουσε στις 9. Παραγγειλαμε 9:15, φαγαμε 40 λεπτα αργοτερα ενα κουλουρι με λιγη ομελετα)
