Konumu iyi. Altında güzel restoranlar var.

Bu otelin en büyük problemi temizlik. İlk başta odaya girdiğimizde yerlerde saçlar vardı kalın perdeler lekeliydi. Ama maalesef yemekten gece geldiğimizde odamızda gördüğümüz hamam böceği son nokta oldu. Yatağın altına girdi, resepsiyona indim ve görevliye durumu anlattım, odanın değişmesi gerektiğini, bu yatakta uyuyamayacağımızı söyledim. Hemen elinin altındaki böcek ilacıyla odaya gelmek istedi, ve 5-10 saniye yatagin altına sıktı aynı bölgeden. Bir problem olmayacağını söyledi. Tek bir odaları varmış o odada klima çalışmıyormuş. Ağustos ayı ve 35 derece sıcakta.Dilersek o odaya geçebileceğimizi söyledi. Sonra haber vereceğimi söyleyip aşağı indi bir daha da gelmedi. Biz tekrar inip sorduk, yapabileceği bir şey olmadığını söyledi. Ve altında hamam böceği olan yatakta uyumak zorunda kaldık. Çok da iyi uyuyamadım tabii ki. Ertesi sabah olayı değiştirdiler, ancak yeni verdikleri odada da yerlerde simsiyah saçlar ve tuvalette küçük küçük rutubet böcekleri vardı. Maalesef bu odada da bir gece kalıp otelden çıkış yaptık. Bu yaşıma kadar kaldığım en kötü oteldi ve ben çok fazla otelde kaldım.

Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο στο check in και αφού είχαμε βγάλει όλα τα ρούχα από τις βαλίτσες πήγα στο μπάνιο και αντίκρισα μία βρωμιά επάνω στην τουαλέτα. Κατεβαίνοντας το είπα στην ρεσεψιόν, μου είπε να πω την καμαριέρα να πάει να καθαρίσει γιατί τέτοια ώρα δεν υπάρχει καθαρίστρια. Απάντησα ότι το καθάρισα γιατί δεν ήθελα να μπει κάποιος στο δωμάτιο εκείνη την ώρα. Δεν μεταφέρθηκε ποτέ από την ρεσεψιόν σε κάποιον υπεύθυνο. Μετά από 3 μέρες πήρα τηλ να κάνω τα παράπονα μου γιατί δεν ζητήθηκε ούτε συγγνώμη. Το σήκωσε ο τότε ρεσεψιόν (άνδρας) του είπα το θέμα μου και είπε θα σας καλέσουμε σε λίγο. Δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ πίσω.. μετά από 24 ώρες ξανά πήρα τηλέφωνο και το σήκωσε και καλά η υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου, με άκουσε δεν ζήτησε ποτέ συγγνώμη ούτε η συγκεκριμένη «κυρία»και μου έκλεισε και το τηλέφωνο. Κρίμα που καταστρέφετε περιουσίες επιχειρηματιών.

I didn’t particularly like that the hotel entrance was through the restaurant, as it didn’t feel like a proper separate entrance. There was also quite a bit of noise at night, so I think the soundproofing could definitely be improved.

Pros:

Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer war zu klein. Ausstattung hätte besser sein können. Keine Ablage in der Dusche um Sachen abzustellen. Balkon sehr klein und eng, frühs konnte man nicht raus wegen der prallen Sonne da es keinen Sonnenschutz gab. Stühle auf dem Balkon total unbequem. Klimaanlage ging sofort aus sobald man die Balkon Tür öffnete.
