Die Zimmer waren modern, neu und swim up Room praktisch. Allerdings war der Ausblick von den Zimmern fruchtbar, Blick auf Beton Müll und Baustelle
Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Maximal 3! Ankunft keine Info erhalten, nicht mal wo das Bad ist. Es gibt keine richtige Bar, keine gescheiten snacks, nur vertrocknetes Toast und altes Gemüse. Service wollte uns nicht mal ne Flasche Wasser geben. Sehr dreckig überall. Essen sehr eklig und alt immer.

Этот отель нельзя отнести к пяти звездам.
Начнем с того что то что вы видите на картинке и реальность слишком разняться. Мы заплатили за отель с бассейном, а нам достался сужающийся, очень маленький краюшек бассейна (номер 15). За это нельзя брать дополнительные деньги. И даже если бы он был нормальным, как в других номерах, купаться в нем было бы очень не комфортно, поскольку прямо перед ним дорожка и люди ходят туда-сюда. Зелени на территории отеля нет, думаю все фото просто отфотошопины.
Еда , недопустимо не хороша, мне буквально было сложно что-то выбрать и приходилось кушать в не отеля. Категорически это не первая линия, полное отсутствие пляжа.думаю цена слишком завышена.

Problemi nonostante l’all inclusive nel prendere più di uno snack e 0 possibilità di chiederne un pio in un sacchetto per portare in spiaggia ..
Conclusione il prezzo è spropositato per ciò che viene offerto .. cocktail a fantasia
The room and its cleaning
Too little staff - trash everywhere around the pool that is not picked up in time + at a supposed 5 star hotel you’d expect the drinks to be brought to you and not have to go get them every time.
The food is honestly really bad, we were planning day trips just to not have to eat hotel food.
Overall it was disappointing for the price. Expected 5 stars, got 3 at best.
Most lovely staff that cared about their hotel guests. We have visited 10 countries as a family and this is the best family holiday we have ever been on. An example of this is when our flight was delayed and we arrived after dinner service. Without asking they kept us food to have for dinner even though it was close to 11pm.
Also the facilities at the hotel were great including tasty food and drinks. It was also very clean and not too noisy or busy. Walking distance to beach too.
