Excelentes vistas al mar, la atención fue excelente, atentos y serviciales

Amazing views from terrace. Located opposite to imerovigli, you dont see the sunset but the sunrise was amazing. The room was spacious and beautiful. However room service varies, first day they forgot to give us a water, and reception was closed so the shuttle guy showed us to our room. The shuttle cost 35 euros from port and 30 euros from airport. Everything in the room cost money with the exception of 2 expresso and a large bottle of water. There is a carrefour 4 minutes from the place. However location is 9 min of 60 degree upslope away from imerovigli. Recommend a car if youre there, bus does travel to fira (in front of google bus stop) and oia (in front of carrefour). Would come again.

Chambre grande, beau décor, vue magnifique. Piscine était un peu sale à notre arrivée. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel n’est pas à Imerovigli, mais Vourvoulos et qu’il faut une bonne marche pour y arriver. Rien de majeur, mais on ne s’y attendait pas.

Les points positifs de cet hôtel :
Le complexe est joli, c’est calme, un peu à l’écart de Imerovigli. La piscine est très esthétique et les vues sont très belles (piscine et mer).

Les points d’amélioration :
A ce prix et au vue des commentaires et photos, on s’attendait clairement à mieux !
La tringle ne tenait pas, la prise du frigo est arrachée, la chambre n’était pas super clean, le tabouret est cassé, le frigo est tout petit, il manque des ustensiles fonctionnels (tasses plus petites, 1 couteau, verres à vin etc..), l’eau est salée.
Le pire c’était l’insonorisation de la chambre, on entendait tout de la chambre voisine.

Pour moins chers, nous avons eu deux hôtels irréprochables sur Oia avec des prestations bien plus élevées : petit déjeuner, coffre-fort, ouvre-bouteille, verre à vin, peignoir, eau non salée, verres de vin de bienvenue etc.

Property was very nice and well equipped. When you book this, please make a note that you do not get a caldera view , it is a view of the sunrise. On the Eastern side of the island. It is in a very hilly area and your apartment is not right next to the swimming pool so it's quite a hill to get up to from the main complex. It is also a steep hill up to imerovigli to get to the bus stop without any proper pavements. There is no laundry facility. This is a very nice apartment so long as you know exactly what you're getting. A car rental would be very useful

Magnifique complexe, très propre et personnel accueillant. La piscine avec vue sur la mer est superbe et très tranquille. Les points négatifs sont les jacuzzis sur le toit qui font en sorte que c’est très bruyant pour les chambres en dessous et le fait que l’hôtel est un peu en retrait de Imeroglivi et en bas d’une pente abrupte, ce qui rend les déplacements ardus. Nous recommandons des bouchons d’oreilles et la location d’un véhicule pour faciliter les déplacements.

The property was beautiful, and the staff was super friendly, and helpful in terms of booking rental cars and taxis. Overall super happy with our choice to stay at Terra Blanca.

The hotel is clean, the locations is perfect, price is reasonable. Its a gem of a finding. The owners welcome you like you are family. The descriptions and photos are representative.

Tres bel hotel bien situe, personnel pas tres sympas

Vue magnifique et lieu paradisiaque. Exposition vers l'est et au calme.
Voiture de location conseillée même si des arrêts de bus sont à 5 min à pied.
Possibilité de se faire livrer des repas et / ou de cuisiner.
Carrefour market à côté de l'arrêt de bus.
Jacuzzi à eau froide mais ressourçant.

Estuvimos 4 dias increibles en la propiedad. Las vistas del amanecer son insuperables, el lugar tiene un estilo y una calidad excelentes, todo estaba impecable. Esta cerca de un super y a pasos de las puestas de sol de sanatorini. Esta cerca de todo en una ubicacion etrategica. 100% excelente.

Terra Blanca is an incredible hotel with beautiful views, rooms, accommodations and is close enough to Fira and Oia (15-20 min drive)

The service was very sweet and welcoming.
Despite that, please be aware that if you rent a vehicle from them (which will be dropped off and ready for pick up at the hotel itself), make sure you are aware of where drop off is because we were told airport multiple times and ended up needing to walk 50 minutes to the airport at 4am…

But regardless of that, we loved everything about it!

All'arrivo alla struttura la camera è ben pulita e gli ambienti sono ampi. Rispetto a quanto presente nelle foto expedia considerate che il soggiorno della stanza famigliare tripla (con jacuzzi) è un pochino più piccola di quanto rappresentato ma sicuramente molto bello l'affaccio a doppia vista. Sembra di avere dei quadri appeni alle finestre ma sono le finestre che guardano il mare.
Per il resto la cucina è ben fornita . Il letto con un ottimo materasso e il terzo letto è sul divano del soggiorno comunque molto comodo.

Alcuni piccoli spunti di miglioramento : Non sono presenti scope o prodotti per pulire (essendovi la pulizia quotidiana) ma è meglio lasciarla visto che il lavaggio del pavimento non è fatto sempre .
In un paio di occasioni vi sono stati ospiti in piscina anche la sera che non erano ospiti della struttura ma amici . A mio avviso , essendo una property di un certo valore, certe cose non possono avvenire soprattutto se si schiamazza in piscina. Sarebbe altresì necessario ricordare a tutti gli ospiti che dalle 22 non si può stare in piscina. Una notte vi è stata gente fino alle 2 di notte e non può andar bene per il rispetto degli altri.

Comunque ci tornerei vista la bellezza dell'appartamento e della posizione.
A proposito . L'affaccio è verso l'alba e che alba direi ... bellissima comunque ma non pensiate sia al tramonto .
