sehr freundliches personal, gute Lage, schöne Zimmer und Austattung

Pros:

The staff was friendly, especially the lady who made our room. She always had a smile on her face, made us feel good and always asked us about our stay. She was the highlight of the hotel!

Cons:

Super uncomfortable matress
Room smelled smoking, rest of hotel as well (staff smoking in a room next to the reception and seems that all the smell goes upstairs). They changed us the room but the next day the new room was also smelling and we really didnt want to waste time on this anymore
On our last night, the pub (4th floor) right above us (3rd floor) was playing very loud music which was resonating in the whole 3rd floor. We called the reception and he offered us to change room, something that we didnt want to do AGAIN and on 11 in the night when we were already sleeping
Breakfast: Oranges were with green fungi, ham was super old with hard surroundings. They provide honey from Thessaloniki in little plastic containers. Wouldnt be a better idea to run sustainable and support the locals where you can see local honey stores all around the island????? The lady at the breakfast was not the most friendly neither the most motivated worker!
In summary this was by far not a relaxing experience and we will for sure not come back to this hotel!

Pros:

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό. Η αίθουσα του πρωινού είναι εξαιρετικά διαμορφωμένη, με υπέροχη θέα. Αξιέπαινη προσπάθεια που αξίζει ένα μεγαλο μπράβο.

Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, άνετο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και μας έδωσε πολύ σωστές συμβουλές για τα μέρη του νησιού.
Η τοποθεσία επίσης πολύ καλή, είναι στο πιο ζωντανό μέρος του νησιού, και πολύ κοντά σε ωραίες παραλίες και δραστηριότητες

I think it’s the best hotel in Karlovassi — the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast and pool were both great.

Cons:

Karlovassi is located at the very end of the island, so you’ll need to spend some time traveling to other parts of the island. This isn’t about the hotel itself, just its location.
