Beautiful comfy modern rooms. Eleftheria property manager went above and beyond to help with recommendations on excursions, car rentals, taxis, and where to eat at local restaurants. Truly a special person!
Wi-Fi not always working Cell phone as well
We booked Venetian Palace Chania after our first booking fell through, and what a stroke of luck that was! The room was *so* much more luxurious and stately than we expected, gorgeously decorated with unique artworks, with a very comfortable bed and a generous supply of coffee/fresh fruit/toiletries, and a regular turn-down offered if we wanted it. The location was also unbelievable - right in the centre of the most beautiful area of Chania, the Venetian quarter, but also a two minute walk from the city’s thriving nightlife, but *also* incredibly quiet at all times of day, so we were never disturbed while resting. Ten minutes walk from one beach, half an hour’s walk along the coastline from the other, and countless cool bars and cafes everywhere nearby. Our host was also so extremely helpful and friendly - the hospitality was unparalleled and made us feel so welcome.

El que nos correspondió a nosotros está muy bien restaurado y es muy atractivo en cuanto a estética y decoración, pero además resulta confortable.
El personal, excelente: amable y sumamente atento a todas nuestras necesidades desde el primer instante hasta el final.
Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y desde luego lo recomendamos encarecidamente.
La limpieza -no la inicial que era impecable, sino la diaria durante la estancia- puede mejorarse, para que todo sea perfecto

Perfect location in Chania. Super clean. The host and the cleaning lady were very nice. The provided breakfast was at a nearby lovely restaurant. Best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Central in the centre of everything
The outside space on the roof was a bonus as we were in the middle of Chania old town.
The shared areas were very dark. Needed lights on regardless of time of day
