La calidad del desayuno y el baño de la habitación, tenía un escalón para entrar en el baño de unos 30 o 40 cm
Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και βοηθούσε αν υπήρχε κάποιο πρόβλημα.
Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ελλιπές. Θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο. Αν δεν πάς στις 7 το πρωί δεν προλαβαίνεις τίποτα. Δεν ανανεώνεται.
Különösen tetszett, hogy biztonságos környéken helyezkedik el, ami számomra nagyon fontos szempont. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordultam hozzájuk, mindig készségesen segítettek.
A szoba teljes mértékben megfelelt az elvárásaimnak: tágas, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, így kellemesen lehetett pihenni benne. A reggelivel is elégedett voltam, szerintem megfelelő választék volt, és bőségesen jól lehetett lakni vele, ami jó kezdést adott a napnak.
Ami kevésbé tetszett, hogy a mosdó ablakának hiányzott a kilincse, ezért a márciusi esti hideg levegő beáramlott a szobába. Ezt jeleztem a recepción, és próbáltak segíteni, amit nagyon értékelek, azonban sajnos addig nem sikerült megoldani a problémát.

I wrote to hotel about earlier check in but get room key at 3 pm. Breakfast was so so poor. Just chess, egg and bread. Was so hungry.
e had a very pleasant stay at Urban Frame Acropolis. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a really nice touch, and the breakfast itself was a good, basic start to the day. The room size was comfortable and the bed was very cozy, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent. It is close to the train station, and we were able to walk to all of the main tourist attractions, which made getting around Athens very easy.
The only small downside was the elevator. It’s quite small and quaint, fitting either one person with luggage or two people without much extra space. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to be aware of.
Staff were kind and attentive, the room was big enough and location is perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds.
Breakfast could have been better especially coffee but it was ok.

Bathroom 'decorated' with little flies. There was a nest or something somewhere, they should deal with it. Harmless but annoying
