Pros:

Beaches in the property. We loved walking along the main beach and swimming in one of the secluded ones. Even saw a red fox!

Cons:

Spotty service and lack of privacy. In room dining menu was not updated, service staff kept us waiting for key cards when the original ones didn’t work. Service staff came into the compound without informing us.

Lovely hotel in great location. Service needs to improve.

Cons:

Service was very slow in restaurants.
One restaurant was closed which was not advised on website prior to booking, which limited dining opportunities.
Room/suite/garden was not kept well maintained. The WhatsApp concierge service is great, but response is not always very speedy - husband was left waiting for a taxi for nearly 45 mins.
