Мы думали спать с кондиционером,но не было как такового одеяла,а только простынь. Тогда пришлось спать с открытым окном и было очень шумно на улице ,доносились крики
The staff were incredibly helpful. When we told them we had an early departure, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to bring along. They were very solution-oriented and always willing to help. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient. However, there were quite a few suspicious-looking people around the surrounding streets, which sometimes made us feel uncomfortable when walking outside. Of course, this is not something the hotel can control. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if the rooms included additional amenities such as a kettle for making tea or coffee.

The hotel is very well maintained, with lovely staff who are very welcoming, that helped us swap our rooms for a balcony view as we had a view of the wall. The hotel room is very well equipped and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it’s not far from the centre and has train station near by.
The downside is the poor variety of breakfast options, as it’s not filling and is more just a light snack. However, I would not recommend the area for those with children or people traveling alone (especially woman), due to the homeless people and drug use making it unsafer.

מיקום נוח ליד כיכר אומוניה. חדר ליחיד די קטן אבל מספיק לשהייה קצרה.
פח האשפה במקלחת היה מלא באשפה, ולא היתה שמיכה בחדר, פקיד הקבלה היה זריז והיא לי אחת, אבל ללא ציפה.

Tutto il necessario per una notte ed un giorno colazione buona, posizione perfetta per arrivare al museo a piedi, reception con personale molto simpatico e cordiale. Camera pulita e ben curata.

L accueil et la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel, la chambre est très propre
Le quartier n'est pas propre, mais l hôtel est proche du métro donc très pratique
