Wonderful but not for the elderly or infirm.
Pros:

Beautiful views rooms were very clean air con excellent.

Cons:

The stairs up to the room nearly finished me off each time particularly when taking the suitcase up and down, a kind tourist helped me up with mine but coming down I was on my own and struggled a lot, some help from the staff would have been appreciated.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special.

Pros:

Great view and the room was clean. Coffee included everyday. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Really bad sewage smell in the entire room. You cannot keep the windows closed that’s how bad the smell is. You don’t have space to put your clothes, just a small hanger. I understand the minimalism but that’s a tad unpractical.

Stunning View, from a stunning room.
Pros:

That view was stunning, and I am looking forward to staying here again next year. It was so tidy and very clean.

Cons:

The only negative thing I would say is to change the cleaning solution for the entrance and stairway. It was a bit of a funky smell. But other than that small thing, I just really loved my stay here.

Beautiful sppartment with everything you need, with amazing view from the hill.
Pros:

It’s s beautiful property, high spec finishing, sea view is amazing ( if you don’t mind going uphill with luggage).
I can’t fault the property at all.

Cons:

I booked the property for one night near the port, as the info on booking.com indicated that the location is on the other side of the port, because I know Skiathos and I know it’s flat there.
I was surprised to find out that it is actually up the hill. They said other customers have mentioned it.

Pros:

The room was very nice with high quality furniture and design. The view is amazing and very relaxing. Even better than the photos. Everything was super clean and the cleaning ladies were really nice and polite when we met them. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we are completely satisfied! Highly recommended rooms.

Cons:

The only thing that could be mentioned is that there isn’t a drying rack for the towels or clothes on the balcony.

Perfect place and view
Pros:

Magnifique emplacement dans la vieille ville de Skiathos et superbe vue ! Très chaleureux accueil de Dimitris. Lit très confortable. Au calme malgré la proximité du port.

La camera ha una vista meravigliosa e ottimi servizi. Staff meraviglioso

Cons:

La struttura non è particolarmente comoda perché oltre una gradinata un po’ impegnativa con il caldo, ma se si vuole la vista si deve soffrire. Ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo un pochino esagerato.

Lovely apartment.
Pros:

The room was lovely, however the patio door was broken, but this was fixed straight away. The location is lovely but at the top of some very steep steps, so not so good if you are less mobile. Our room was next to the main door of the building and could be noisy at night with people coming in and out. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
