Es ht uns alles in allem gefallen. Die Lage ist top, der Strand tagueber sehr entspannend, tolles schwimmen im Meer, Personal zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Service beim Frühstück. Sher chaotisch, lange Wartezeit auf Eiergerichte - manchmal auch 25min, obwohl nichts los war.

То что в ресторане на ужине официант навязывал дать ему чаевые от 20% от чека. У нас чек был не маленьким. Но 20% мы не планировали. Это было не корректно с его стороны. Насидать на клиентов

PIRE EXPÉRIENCE HÔTELIÈRE DE TOUTE MA VIE !
Si vous tenez à vos vacances, fuyez. Ici, on vous maltraite, on vous méprise et on vous oppresse comme si vous étiez de trop… et tout ça sans aucune raison. Dès la plage, l’accueil est glacial : personnel agressif, impoli, gesticulant comme pour sermonner des enfants, parlant de vous ouvertement, sans gêne, juste devant vous. Les serveuses, surtout celle de l’accueil, atteignent un niveau d’impolitesse que je n’avais jamais imaginé possible. Et ce n’est pas tout. À l’hôtel même, la femme de ménage et la serveuse du room service adoptent la même hostilité. Un jour, alors que nous profitions tranquillement de la piscine parfaitement autorisée pour nous, une employée nous fixait derrière la baie vitrée, l’air agacé, discutant à notre sujet avec un ami. L’atmosphère était si lourde que j’ai préféré partir.
À la plage, nous avons perdu nos transats simplement pour nous être absentés 30 minutes. Résultat : aucun espace à la plage, aucune tranquillité à la piscine, juste la sensation permanente de ne pas être les bienvenus. Les transats sont entassés les uns sur les autres, dans une ambiance étouffante et bondée.

Des clientes présentes ont même été témoins de cette agression injustifiée et m’ont confié qu’elles étaient, elles aussi, choquées par le comportement du personnel. Pire encore, une personne travaillant dans l’hôtel m’a avoué que chaque jour des clients se plaignent des employés de la plage.

Ces vacances ont été gâchées de A à Z. Si vous voulez dépenser votre argent pour être humilié et malmené, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Sinon, fuyez. Ils ne connaissent ni la politesse ni l’esprit hôtelier une première pour moi.
