Eccelente Localização, mas o café da mahã deixou a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel tem excelente localização, muito próximo dos prinicipais pontos turisticos. O banheiro é adequado e com excelente chuveiro.

Cons:

O café bastante simples, que não atendeu o que esperavamos. Além disso, o armário do quarto era pequeno, de modo que as roupas precisaram ficar dentro das malas.

Cons:

Room smaller than pictured. 24/7 front desk is at hotel 100 yds away, you have to make an international phone call to get toilette paper. Breakfast is at hotel 100 yards away. Luggage storage is at hotel 100 yards away. There are 26 steps without railings to get to the elevator. None of this is described in the Bookings listing. Got an email 2 days before the stay and after cancellation deadline describing this as a "smart" hotel with a "virtual" front desk. Should NOT be listed as a hotel - this is an AirBnB

Perfectly centrally located but basic access.
Pros:

Comfortable room, bed, bathroom with good soap, coffee, tea facilities.

Cons:

The entrance and stairs were not well lit and poor or no handrails and lift only went from first floor. We had my mother who is 89, with us and she found it difficult.

Good but noisy
Pros:

Very clean and good bed. Handy to shops.

Cons:

Single glazed windows meant a lot of noise from the road until quite late. Take earbuds if you need to sleep. Great location if you want to be in a party mood.
Also beware - a flight of stairs before you get the lift up. If you travel light, you will be fine.
No 75 doorway is down the alleyway.

Clean, conveniently close to everything you will need
Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The receptionist assisted us with an early check-in and the cleaning staff was friendly and assisted us when we struggled with the safe. The room was very clean, and the location was superb, walking distance from all the historic sites, restaurants & shops

Cons:

The only down side is the noise at night, would be great if double glazing on the windows are installed. We were there over a weekend and noise carried no till early hours of the morning

Drank some wine and watched street traffic, especially a lot of foot traffic go by. Good A/C.
Pros:

The balcony, free wine and bottled water, the staff, the food served at breakfast including fresh croissants and mini chocolate croissants. 3 photos from balcony and one is the view from the sister hotel around the corner where breakfast is served. This is a virtual hotel so no reception on site.

Cons:

The elevator was not on the ground floor so everyone has to carry luggage about 1.5 flights.
