location is acceptable, but the overall comfort level is poor.
Pros:

Right in the heart of monastery square close to everything.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a separate building from the main hotel, where guests must go for breakfast. Accessing the property was initially difficult due to its location and the way the entrance is set up. In addition, the staff did not provide the instructions and access code before our arrival; we only received it after I called to ask. This information should have been communicated in advance.
Another inconvenience is that guests must climb a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. If you are traveling with luggage or have mobility concerns, this can be particularly challenging. Overall, because of these accessibility and communication issues, I would not recommend this hotel for travelers with luggage or anyone seeking a more comfortable experience.

Pros:

Die Zentrale Lage war super alles Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Fenster konnte man nicht auf Kippe öffnen.
Vielleicht war es ein Fehler von uns das wir nicht darauf geachtet haben das keinen Balkon gab und was auch nicht gut war das der Aufzug erst auf der nächsten Etage ist.

לא הצלחנו לישון בכלל (לפחות עד לפנות בוקר) בגלל רעש נוראי שעלה מהרחוב. כולל הילדים...
לא אהבתי גם שיש לא מעט מדרגות (15) בכניסה לבניין והיה קשה עם המזוודות.

Location was great.
Staff from main hotel reception (1 minute away) was super friendly and very helpful. Very fast response during communication via the app.
Breakfast was very good

Cons:

No lift access from ground floor only from 1st floor up. Ok for use during the stay but a bit of a hassle with luggage during check in and check out.

Great location. Very clean and cute room.
Staff was so nice and accommodating. May 11 day staff (male staff) assisted with moving our excessive amounts of luggage from check in location to the property.

Cons:

Elevator starts after 14 steps. If mobility issues or heavy luggage it is not ideal.
The 24hr reception is not at location. You have to go to “sister” site. Did not know where the location was to drop
Our luggage prior to check in.
