Drank some wine and watched street traffic, especially a lot of foot traffic go by. Good A/C.
Pros:

The balcony, free wine and bottled water, the staff, the food served at breakfast including fresh croissants and mini chocolate croissants. 3 photos from balcony and one is the view from the sister hotel around the corner where breakfast is served. This is a virtual hotel so no reception on site.

Cons:

The elevator was not on the ground floor so everyone has to carry luggage about 1.5 flights.

Cons:

No hay elevador cuando uno entra. Dos pisos jalando maletas y no lo dicen. El desayuno es en otro lugar fuera del alojamiento y lo deben decir ya que hasta que uno llega lo informan

Overall great stay and would recommend to family and friends- would just let them know of all of above
Pros:

Great location. Very clean

Cons:

No elevator at bottom level. Had to carry heavy luggage up stairs. Didn’t realize breakfast was in a sister hotel so didn’t get to take advantage of that. Also didn’t realize no front desk staff on property at all.

Modern, comfortable and centrally located.
Pros:

Room was clean, updated and comfortable. Great location, everything at our door.
Had comfortable amenities. Check in process was easy.

Cons:

If you don’t like lugging luggage up two flights of stairs, choose another hotel. Elevator started two flights up. The stairway could use a handrail. Breakfast was offsite, but close by.

Pros:

Posizione: molto vicina alla metropolitana collegata all' aeroporto e in zona centrale rispetto alla città.

Cons:

C'è un piano di scale da fare a piedi per raggiungere l'ascensore.
Manca un supporto dove appoggiare le valigie per aprirle.

Pros:

Perfect location. Very comfortable accommodations. Perfectly hidden gem.

Cons:

One thing to mention is that there is no elevator from the main entrance therefore you must carry your luggage up some stairs before accessing the elevator. This was difficult for someone with limited mobility.
