not clean- hair on the bed, bathroom- not clean. cushions- terrible, couldn't sleep. towels smell very bad. shower- not clean.

Pros:

Das Zimmer sah modern aus und entsprach den Fotos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – sehr zentral in Glyfada, sodass man Restaurants, Geschäfte und den Strand bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Positiv war auch, dass wir bereits 30 Minuten früher einchecken durften. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar.

Cons:

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige Mängel. Die Schränke waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Außerdem waren der Toilettendeckel, der Deckel des Mülleimers und der Wasserhahn beschädigt. Auch der Vorhang im Whirlpool-/Duschbereich war kaputt.

Ab dem zweiten Tag ließ sich zusätzlich die Balkontür nicht mehr richtig schließen bzw. nutzen. Wir haben den Defekt sofort gemeldet und es sollte ein Handwerker kommen. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde das Problem jedoch nicht behoben.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das Reinigungspersonal, das morgens die Zimmertüren sehr laut zuschlug. Das war störend und hat unsere Ruhe beeinträchtigt.

Wenn die genannten Mängel gründlich behoben werden, kann man die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen. In unserem Fall hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund der vielen Defekte und der fehlenden Reparaturen jedoch leider nicht gestimmt.

It's all about the location for this property
Pros:

1- Location . Can't say enough good things about the location
2- Size of the room. Better than most others
3- Jaccuzi inside the room ( ours was not working )
4- Large sized TV with Android
5- Digital Locks . Easy to get into property
6- Good Quality wifi

Cons:

1- Very Very bad bed sheets . Had to buy our own Sheets
2- Very Very basic house keeping (beds were hardly made , room not cleaned well . A lot of flying insects after each cleaning .
3- Very Unhelpful cleaning ladies who do not speak English . No Help Desk/Reception . Sorting problems through messages take time . We don't know what would happen if we were locked out of room at night . No one would help then .
6- Air Conditioner was very small for the size of the room especially in the heat wave going on in Europe . We spend most nights sweating
7- Maintenance needs attention ( some sockets not working - Jaccuzi not working)

Impossible de voir la tv .car l air conditionne est ds le visage..il faut aimer la douche sans porte face au lit.pas aux gout de tous les couples.

Amazing location. Clean. Spacious room.
Pros:

Really spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Daily housekeeping. The AC was really good. Amazing communication from the team, really accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Just a bit odd showering in the room but then it's also jacuzzi - not a deal breaker and the rest of the room was honestly great.
