A genuine five-star experience with exceptional service, and somewhere I would gladly return to.
Pros:

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Andreas at reception deserves special recognition. He made us feel genuinely welcome, ensured every part of our stay was comfortable and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that were perfect for my partner and me.

We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which exceeded our expectations and made the stay feel even more special. The pool was a great size, and the included breakfast was a welcome surprise as I had not realised it was part of the booking.

Overall, the experience felt thoughtful, generous and far above what we expected.

Cons:

The only minor point was that most of the breakfast meat options were pork, which is common across the island. Turkey was available though, and the staff were happy to add it to my omelette, so it was not an issue.

L’endroit parfait pour séjourner proche de Chania
Pros:

Tout était parfait pendant ces 6 jours. L’emplacement: à 200m de la plage et à 15 min en voiture de Chania.
L’hôtel était vraiment magnifique et à taille humaine.Tout était en bonne état et très moderne.La chambre spacieuse, la piscine magnifique, le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon!
Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin avec nous, toujours très gentil, souriant et nous a même recommandé de bonnes adresses (bars, restaurants).
Nous remercions toute l’équipe de nous avoir fait passé un si bon moment :) nous pouvons que recommandé Inea Sole !

Amazing for a girls holiday!
Pros:

The staff were really attentive and the facilities were great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure this was an enjoyable holiday, and helped us with restaurant/bar recommendations, local things to do, and booking us taxis when we needed it.

The hotel itself was beautiful and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The other facilities (pool, gym etc), were clean and accessible for everyone.

A great stay and would definitely recommend!

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w Inea Sole Boutique Hotel i z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto planuje wypoczynek na Krecie. Hotel jest bardzo nowoczesny, pięknie urządzony i utrzymany w nienagannej czystości.

Ogromnym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem do pięknych plaż, a w okolicy znajduje się wiele klimatycznych tawern serwujących doskonałe greckie jedzenie.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje cała obsługa hotelu. Pracownicy recepcji byli niezwykle mili, uśmiechnięci i zawsze gotowi do pomocy. Również personel sprzątający wykonywał swoją pracę z ogromną starannością, dzięki czemu pokoje i cały hotel były zawsze perfekcyjnie czyste.

Śniadania à la carte były fantastyczne – świeże, bardzo smaczne i pięknie podane. Każdy dzień można było rozpocząć od pysznego posiłku przygotowanego z wysokiej jakości składników.

To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wrócimy. Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za stworzenie tak wyjątkowej atmosfery i niezapomnianego pobytu! Polecamy w 100%! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

The breakfast is a la carte. Everything we tried was delicious and made to order. Our room was always spotless. The real gem of Inea Sole is the staff, who were helpful and professional, but also polite, patient and always with a smile.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'hotel est de très bonne qualité, belles prestations, au calme.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au rdc et nous entendions la chasse d'eau de la chambre à l'étage dès qu'elle était tirée.

L accueil la chambre bien aménagée le petit déjeuner délicieux avec du personnel très souriant et réactif. La piscine et les transats toujours disponibles. La proximité de la plage la pinède. Le personnel aux petits soins.
La propreté de tout l établissement.

Cons:

Installer sur les terrasses un petit étendoir discret éviterait a certains clients d étendre leurs serviettes sur la rambarde c est juste une petite suggestion pour l esthétique de l hôtel.
Sinon tout est parfait.

.ארוחת בוקר מדהימה, הגשה מצוינת, הכל טרי וטעים, מגוון מאוד, צוות המסעדה מאוד חייכני ושירותי בצורה של 100+. ארוחת בוקר וצוות מסעדה חוויה בפני עצמה.
מיקום מאוד נוח , קרוב לחוף, היינו בלי רכב, תחנת אוטובוס קרובה מאוד למלון, 10 דקות נסיעה נוחה לחאניה.
לסיכום, חוויה מיוחדת , ממליצים מאוד על המלון הזה .

Amazing hotel, great location and staff. Would reccomend!
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Hotel and decoration are amazing, the poolside is well kept and always available for guests. The location is great, very close to numerous beaches and close to a bus stop directly into Chania Old town. Cannot wait to revisit.
