Fantastyczny hotel, że świetną obsługą
Pros:

Wspaniała obsługa obiektu, od recepcji, obsługi śniadań po obsługę sprzątającą.
Wszyscy mili i serdeczni, chętni do pomocy.
Hotel przepiękny, urządzony ze smakiem. Piękne rośliny na ogrodzie i w obiekcie. Pokoje bardzo komfortowe, wygodne i przestrzenne. Śniadania fantastyczne. Wybór z karty sprawiał, że jedzenie nie było marnowane, a można było zjeść ile się chce i czego się chce. Wszystko świeże, pyszne i pięknie podane.
Hotel cichy spokojny, blisko plaży. Idealny do wypoczynku.

Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno staff eccezionale: tutti sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, cordiali e sempre pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
Una sorpresa davvero speciale è stata quando ci hanno offerto gratuitamente per due giorni una camera con piscina privata. È stato un gesto davvero inaspettato e che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, oltre ogni nostra aspettativa! 🥰
L’ospitalità e l’attenzione che ci hanno dedicato hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e speciale. Si vede che tengono davvero ai loro ospiti e fanno di tutto per farli sentire a casa.

Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e speriamo di poterci tornare presto! Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per la splendida esperienza! ❤️

10/10 experience, best hotel we ever stayed at.
Pros:

We stayed at the Inea Sole Botique Hotel for seven days during August. We were absolutely overwhelmed with how extraordinary the Hotel, especially the staff, was. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary drink on the bar. Our hotel room was equipped with a complimentary bottle of white wine. The room was very stylish, modern and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The small but comparatively well-equipped gym helps with the amount of calories you will consume at the excellent hotel restaurant and the a la carte breakfast that we are already missing.
The pool had the perfect temperature and was equipped with very comfortable sun loungers so that it was possible to stay at the pool at all times without the pool area being too crowded.
The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful and are working very hard to leave to leave no wish unfulfilled.
Needless to say, that we will be back to the hotel in the near future. The price is absolutely justified by the experience you will receive at this hotel.

Pros:

The room was very beautiful, big, new, exactly like in the photos, very clean, we asked for an upper floor room and we got one, there is a mini bar and a safe, good toileteries, the pool was nice, comfortable sunbeds, the hotel has a luggage room. The hotel is close to 3 beautiful beaches with sunbeds and bars , our favourite one was Yannis beach with clear water, no waves, sandy, (3-5 min walk through the pine forest), the bus station to Chania was 1 minute walk from the hotel, bus station to Agia Marina, Platanias etc was 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Very close to the hotel there were 2 excellent tavernas and many others in the area, there was a mini market 1 minute from the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was a la carte, which we knew, but there were little choices and some of them of low quality and after 4-5 days you get bored, the whole breakfast seemed cheap, not a 4* breakfast. Also, we really didn't like how some of the staff treated us, there were also too many rules (not the common sense type, just stupid things which can ruin your vacation when you are relaxed and somebody starts lecturing you for no real reason).
