The swimming pools are heated during the periods of 10th of March to 1st of April and 20th of October to 20th of November at a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees CelsiusGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

the staff was so amazing, the room was even better than on the pictures, the hotelpool was stunning, i first wasnt sure about the private pool being heated but it turned out to be so enjoyable we used to read in the pool in the morning. Maria is the kindest and most accommodating receptionist i have ever met!
The staff at Elessa were exceptional. Maria at the front desk was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked our stay up until we left. Our server at the restaurant was incredibly timely, kind, and attentive. He remembered how we took out coffee each day! All around a fantastic get-away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful area.
My only suggestion would be to have more water available in the room.
The hotel is so lovely! Beautiful accomodation, amazing breakfast - we loved it! The pool is realy big, and has great view, it was not that crowded. The guys that are serving the breakfast are so nice and polite, the owner of hotel and his wife also amazing people. The hot tub in our room was also great, the bed is comfortable - so we loved the stay here and would come again !
Everything was good, but you have to have a car to get there definitely and also maybe the lights in bathroom could have been more better.

Завтрак по меню выше всяких похвал на уровне лучших ресторанов острова.У нас была машина поэтому до всех достопримечательностей добирались без проблем.
В номере бассейн с водой 28 градусов поэтому даже в октябре купаться в нем было комфортно.

The views were amazing, decor modern stylish, pool a dream and our suite with hot tub icing on the cake. Staff make this hotel really welcoming and polite. Maria especially offering recommendations, her knowledge of the island was so helpful.

Our stay at Elessa Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being welcomed into a family rather than just checking into a hotel. We were even surprised with an upgraded room, which was absolutely perfect — beautifully designed, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for during our honeymoon.
The food and coffee were out of this world — every meal felt like it was crafted with love and care. What truly set our experience apart, though, was Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. Always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, she added such a personal and heartfelt touch to our time at Elessa.
