The swimming pools are heated during the periods of 10th of March to 1st of April and 20th of October to 20th of November at a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees CelsiusGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location is great, just a few minutes to Pygros by walk. The ladies in the reception were always cheerful and took care of all of our requests. We loved our plunge pool.
Nothing to complain.
I was in Santorini many times. I like it there, but nothing surprised me that much like Elessa. I simply have to say, I enjoyed it much and hopefuly comming back again soon. Location in Pyrgos is perfect, veiw from the pool is amazing and stuff there is very kind. They made my stay wonderful. Cannot describe it why but somehow the place and the people made me feel really comfortable there and enjoy every moment. Also the kitchen is pretty fine and everything we eat there was perfect. And the apartments are very nicely designed in Santorini style and very confortable. Restaurant has plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. Just in the morning is hard to find shadow there. Thank to all Elessa team for care. I believe we see soon again.
I am missing gym there, but I can understand that there is no place to build it. So instead of gym excercising I used to swim a lot in very nice and big enough infinity pool with magnifician view. Apartments are amazing except of two things - Santorini style means that you have bed to sleep in upper floor so if you wake up during the night to go to toilet, be very patient to wake up enough not to fall from stairs. Second disrupting thing in rooms are speedy blinking light of fire-alerter on the ceiling located directly in front of bad and light in aircondition (I used to cover them with pillow and blanket). If you are sensitive for light during the night, take the mask with you :). But that is all. Nothing more.
Our stay at Elessa Hotel was truly exceptional and honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful larger 2 bedroom villa, which was such a wonderful surprise and made the beginning of our holiday incredibly special. Every single member of staff we met was warm and friendly throughout our stay.
Our accommodation was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the whole hotel is designed and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The views are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for.
Breakfast was excellent. In addition to a very good buffet, you can order freshly prepared dishes from the breakfast menu, which made every morning feel a little special.
We also received wonderful recommendations from the reception, including an amazing boat trip that turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday.
I would especially recommend Elessa to anyone who values peace and quiet, cleanliness, beautiful surroundings and personal service. It feels luxurious without being formal or uncomfortable. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and welcoming.
The location in Pyrgos was also perfect for us. Pyrgos is a small, peaceful and incredibly beautiful village, very different in atmosphere from the busier parts of Santorini. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a couple of mini markets. The village itself is lovely to explore in the evenings.
There is also a bus stop very close to the hotel, making it easy to travel to Fira and explore the rest of the island without a car. We found Pyrgos to be an ideal base: peaceful when you want to relax, but still very easy to get around from.

One very small suggestion: we spent a lot of time enjoying our private pool and terrace and an umbrella or some other form of shade on the private terrace would make it absolutely perfect. We loved the private outdoor space so much that we would have happily spent even more time there.
This is genuinely a very small suggestion for a hotel that otherwise exceeded our expectations in every possible way 😊
Sehr angenehme Farben. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und neu. Toller Sonnenaufgang direkt vor dem Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Sonne bis ca 18:30 im August.
Restaurant sehr gut am Abend. Rezeption sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch.
Zu Fuß rauf nach Pyrgos in 5 Minuten für den Sonnenuntergang. Nicht überlaufenes Dörfchen.
Frühstückstische zu wenig im Schatten. Da muss man zum Herumrücken anfangen.

Hotel jest cudowny, idealny na spokojny wypoczynek we dwoje. Jest idealną bazą w wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy. Niesamowite widoki, zarówno z basenu głównego, jak i z pokoju. Pokoje nowoczesne, bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa była bardzo pomocna - dali nam bardzo dużo wskazówek co do pobytu na Santorini. Codziennie wieczorem robili nam rezerwacje w wybranej przez nas restauracji, dzięki czemu dostawaliśmy najlepsze stoliki z pięknymi widokami.
