Excellent - They really care
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely excellent – 10/10!

We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a wonderful experience (e.g. the check out was at 12 but they offer us to stay in the hotel enjoying all the facilities -swimming pool, beach bar, restaurants- until we departed later in the afternoon and also giving us a room for half hour to have a shower before leaving). The guest-oriented approach was what lift everything to an amazing level.

The food was delicious, and we really appreciated having different options including a sea view restaurant. The beach was beautiful, and the swimming pools were fantastic as well.

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and quiet, allowing us to relax without any noise.

Overall, we truly appreciated every aspect of our stay, especially the exceptional hospitality.
We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back in the future.

ile agréable mais hôtel style aéroport de ville moyenne 4 Etoiles max et encore!!!!
Pros:

personnel philippin du petit déjeuner souriant et sympathique ,un réceptionniste également ainsi que les femmes de chambre et giorgos un voiturier adorable.

Cons:

ce n'est pas du tout un 5 Etoiles. À peine 4.decoration absente, donc aucun charme, personnel grec désagréable ,notamment la manageur inefficace et impolie. Service du roof top nul avec un barman nul. hôtel sur la route, plage au ras de la route.2 piscines petites ,bétonnés ,sans une fleur ou une plante et eau peu propre. En fait de 5 Etoile, voyage FRAM.

This is a very nice well run property with a staff that goes out of their way to give you a nice experience.
Pros:

The property is nicely laid out with a private beach with calm water, rooftop pool and a separate kids pool area with playground. The facilities are nice and the staff, service and food are excellent. If you are looking to relax and stay at the property; this is a lovely place.

Cons:

It is not a walking area or close to a small town. If you like to walk the beach or like to stay in walking distance to things; this is not the location for you.

Pros:

Hotel was not ready they should have just waited to open it. Was bare and could see aesthetically it was not finished. Some staff made cocktails nice but wasn't consistent. long wait for drinks.

Das manche die Gäste haben einen “Mallorca Mentalität “.Das bedeutet bevor Frühstück, belagern sie Liegestühlen mit ihre Strandtücher und “besitzen “ diese Liegestühlen bis der Sonne runtergegangen ist! Es muss möglich sein so was energisch zu verbieten

beautiful hotel, had an amazing time with my girlfriend and would absolutely come again.
Pros:

the staff were very friendly, especially maria the guest relations manager who made us feel very special and comfortable. the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, and the food was delicious and a wide range of options.

Cons:

nothing to complain about, it was a perfect stay.
