Pros:

Hotel was not ready they should have just waited to open it. Was bare and could see aesthetically it was not finished. Some staff made cocktails nice but wasn't consistent. long wait for drinks.

Das manche die Gäste haben einen “Mallorca Mentalität “.Das bedeutet bevor Frühstück, belagern sie Liegestühlen mit ihre Strandtücher und “besitzen “ diese Liegestühlen bis der Sonne runtergegangen ist! Es muss möglich sein so was energisch zu verbieten

beautiful hotel, had an amazing time with my girlfriend and would absolutely come again.
Pros:

the staff were very friendly, especially maria the guest relations manager who made us feel very special and comfortable. the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, and the food was delicious and a wide range of options.

Cons:

nothing to complain about, it was a perfect stay.

De strand stonk naar riool, ga op het rooftop en kijk maar naar beneden je ziet pijpen door het water heen.
Eten is niet goed, je krijgt rauw kip.
Kabels lopen langs de kidspool.

Les escaliers de la piscine super glissants. Grosse chute et traumatisme dos, bras droit . 5 personnes sont tombées le même jour. Il n'y a pas de bande antidérapante sur les escaliers de la piscine. La plage devant les conteneurs a poubelles et a côté d'un camion a essence. Bruyante l'autre côté dr la route

High quality destination for a short relaxing break in the sun where you don't want to go anywhere!
Pros:

Great location for sea and pools, 30mins from airport. Excellent food. Really comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Went for 3 nights to join a party of 20 friends and family. Ideal.

Strava výborná aj keď trosku jednotvárna.Vynikajuci personál Na recepcii v jedálni ako aj v baroch…veľmi pozorní,ústretoví , nápomocní .

Upratovanie izieb by mohlo byť dôslednejšie.Pláž s lehatkami ako aj okolie za nimi by si zaslúžilo dôkladnú očistu a úpravu .

On August 21, 2025, on our very first evening at Valmar Hotel, we experienced a serious safety hazard: the heavy glass bathroom door came off its hinges and fell just as my 10-year-old daughter closed it. Luckily, she was not injured, but this could have ended in a tragedy.
Apart from a verbal apology, we received no compensation and no proper response from the hotel management. Such negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable and put guests' lives at risk.

In addition, for three days, half of the hotel’s swimming pool was closed due to broken tiles, and we even witnessed a serious hazard where the underwater pool lamp came loose and floated out of its place. These are unacceptable safety failures in a hotel that hosts families and children
