Perfect location and facilities with friendly and professional staff. Their restaurant is highly recommended and Casaly delivered above normal expectations when our flight only left at 20:00. Casaly is highly recommended

מלון חדש בעיצוב מודרני ונקי, צוות אדיב ומקצועי, מיקום נהדר לבילוי באי ובעיר, החדר נקי נעים ונוח. היתה לנו שהות מושלמת, עם ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ומגוונת, מתקני ספא נקיים וחדשניים שהיו מושלמים לימים הגשומים שנקלענו אליהם.

Everyone says that the staff make this hotel special and everyone is right. The location and views are spectacular, with the mountains rising from the ocean right on your doorstep. The rooms are clean, well sized and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was a joy, with beautifully presented, extensive buffet options as well as a variety of a la carte egg dishes. The gym has plenty of kit and space in line with a boutique hotel. The spa and massage treatments were magical. Again, though - the people working here always went the extra mile for our comfort and enjoyment.

The property is beautiful, luxurious and serene. The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect.

The hotel itself is extraordinary—luxurious, impeccably clean, and perfectly located, offering breathtaking views that made every moment special. Excellent location, close to all the activity but still peaceful. A beautiful and well appointed swim up room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection to choose from.

Ottima la colazione servita a bordo piscina prodotti eccellenti e varietà dal dolce al salato spremute di frutta ottime la camera confortevole e pulita lprodotti da bagno eccellenti la terrazza con poltrone comodissime e splendida vista ambienti silenziosi e ben illuminati staff eccezionale pieno di attenzioni per gli ospiti spa con personale preparato abbiamo fatto un bellissimo massaggio ......viaggiamo molto ma devo dire che poche volte mi sono trovata così bene da non trovate difetti ......che dire se non consigliare questo hotel con posizione ottima vicinissimo al centro ma in contesto più tranquillo .

המלון ברמת גימור גבוהה ביותר, נקי להפליא, ריהוט חדיש ונוח מאוד אבל ללא ספק הדבר הכי מיוחד במלון זה הצוות... שירות כזה מעולם לא קיבלנו. ממש חשוב להם המלון וחשוב להם שתהנו. חושבים על הכל (ברמת להשאיר לנו שקית ניילון לבגדי ים רטובים היות ונשארנו בספא אחרי הצ'ק אאוט). ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד, בריכה מקסימה שאפשר להנות ממנה כשיש קצת פנאי בין החופים, הספא קטן אך מפנק עם סאונה רטובה ויבשה, בריכה קטנה חמימה עם ג'קוזי, חדרון עם זרמים חמים וקרים וחדר מלח קטן. מכון כושר קטן וחדיש. פירות ותה בספא... בקיצור כל הזמן דואגים לפנק אותך.
החדרים נעימים ונוחים מקלחת כיפית עם שמפו וקונדישינר של בולגרי.... אין דבר אחד להגיד לא טוב... בחיי. וזה בגלל שהם מתייחסים למקום כמו לבית שלהם ובאמת אכפת להם. אכלנו א. ערב אחת במסעדה של המלון על הטיילת והיה ממש טעים... קצת יקר מהממוצע אבל עדיין זול מישראל. בקיצור תודה לצוות המלון על חוויה בהחלט יחודית.

Hotel is small, beautiful, immaculate a lovely atmosphere. All of the staff are wonderful, professional & ready to attend to any need. Breakfast choice & service was so good & everything cooked to suit individually. The buffet was also fabulous & beautifully presented. Buck’s Fizz included too if you fancied …. which we all did! The holiday was an extra surprise one for a friend’s big birthday. We had the three swim up rooms next to each other at the little pool, which a lot of the time we had all to ourselves. We chose Kefalonia because none of us had been there before & the hotel because it looked so lovely - it didn’t disappoint so thank you all at Casaly for helping us to make it so special.

State of the art amenities and cleanliness and staff .

Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and staff were amazing. They were so attentive, helpful and polite. The facilities were great too. The staff very kindly upgraded our room to a swim-up room. I booked a Swedish massage at the spa which was incredible. The food (dinner at the in-house restaurant and also complimentary breakfast) was delicious. So pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend.
