Beautiful villa with small pool. Very clean. The super king bed was very comfortable. 10 minute walk into Tinos town. Exceptional breakfast served to your room. Close to a nice beach. Very friendly and helpful hostess.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο κατάλυμα!!! Όλα είναι υπέροχα ότι πρέπει για ξεκούραση!!! Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι ζητήσαμε.

Everything was absolutely perfect.
We spent five nights in this stunning place, looking for a true escape — and we found it. Exhausted from our daily lives, we needed a peaceful retreat: no noise, no interruptions, just rest. We barely left the property except to eat, because we simply felt so good there.

We read, relaxed by the pool, and above all, we slept incredibly well. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the rooms are ideally oriented to enjoy the light without overheating, and the insulation is excellent.

But what truly makes this place special is the owner — exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Each morning, you choose your breakfast, and she brings it at the agreed time. One morning, I mentioned how much I loved one of the breakfast cakes, and on the day we left, she packed one for me to take home. A simple gesture, but deeply touching.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs a restful, quiet break, but also to those who want to explore the island: the sea is literally at your doorstep, the beach is right there, the town is close by… Everything is easy to access.
Truly, just go — you won’t regret it.

Absolutely magnificent. This brand-new property is a perfect blend of thoughtful design and attention to detail, from the softness of the bath towels to the delicate scent of the fabrics. I went with my husband and we genuinely loved everything about our stay. The host is incredibly warm and kind, and each morning she brought the breakfast we had selected, at the time we had requested. It’s those little touches that made the experience truly special.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Property has a great location and the decor was lovely. Having a private pool was an added luxury. Would definitely recommend staying here - the breakfast’s were exceptional!

It was incredible from start to finish. It exceeded our expectations. It was so calm and peaceful. I will think about this place for a long time. Eleni and Maria are so kind and friendly and made this stay feel so homely. My partner and I were so sad to leave.

The place was amazing! New building, spacious, clean with a great decoration and the yard with the pool and view of the beach was just the cherry on top! Host is genuinely friendly person, polite and attentive and you could tell she really cares to offer a memorable vacation to the guests. One of the best accommodations we have visited in Greece.

What a place!! The rooms are simple and beautiful. Lots of place on the outside to chill, sunbathe or use the pool. The host was so nice, smiling all the time, always available. Good breakfast. 10-15min for the center of the city which allows for a cozy walk. Nice little beach right in front of the hotel.

Superbe appartement avec une piscine privée très agréable sur la grande terrasse. Détente assurée ! A 20 minutes à pied du port. Vraiment un séjour merveilleux

Fantastic property, with great attention to detail

Location is fantastic as you're close to town but far enough away that you feel like you could be anywhere.
Close to the beach too!
Breakfasts were delicious, and the host was great and accessible.
Facilities were lovely, very clean and the pool was perfect during the hot days.
