Pros:

The customer service i experienced with Elen and Athena. on my last day the customer service i experienced with the other girl is horrible!!
This is my second year stayed at this hotel. I went back again because the customer service i experienced with Elen, so helpful with everything!!
On my recent stayed at your hotel i was denied a slice or bead in order to take my medication. before my Uber arrives to take me to the airport. the reason it was 7:50 am i am not allowed to eat breakfast until 8 am . In 7 days stayed at your hotel i had breakfast only one time!!
Except that everything was really good.

Thank customer service I experienced on my last day! Eleni and Athena were so Amazing!!! So helpful with everything with their bright smiles.
The 3rd girl who worked in have seen the second time that morning on my 7 days stay. she denied me to have a slice of bread in order to have my medication. her reasons i couldn't allow to have breakfast until 8 am time was 7:50 am I was waiting to my Uber who was 10 minutes away.
She told me I could have coffee in my room. I don't even drink coffee and on my 7 days stayed in had breakfast ONLY ONE TIME at your hotel.
That was horrible experienced. as I mentioned above I booked your hotel for the second time this year BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED WITH ELEN ALSO WHO THE GIRL WHO IS NO LANGER WORK AT YOUR HOTEL.

Hotel w klimatycznej dzielnicy Aten. Cicho, czysto i bezpiecznie. Super obsluga i fajny vibe hotelu:)

Great value for money
Pros:

Very clean, staff were friendly. Great price and location

Cons:

Only issue was the bathroom, very compact which is fine but the shower screen is right beside the toilet so you can't full sit on the toilet. Also it's mean you are shoulder to shoulder in the shower. Its already a wet room shower so I would just remove it so the toilet can be full accessible

Location in Exarcheia is central and excellent, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the check-in process was very smooth.

Cons:

The shower lacks a drainage grate, so water would pool in the bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to our room, and without a doubt, the biggest highlight was the spacious terrace, which became a very enjoyable and memorable part of our stay. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day throughout our five-night stay.

Cons:

We were quite disappointed with the breakfasts, which were supposed to be one of the hotel’s main advantages. When choosing this hotel, we expected a buffet-style breakfast that would be a pleasant way to start the day. Instead, breakfasts were served in the form of breakfast boxes, and after just two days in a row, we decided to stop using this option.

This was mainly due to the lack of variety and overall appeal. Breakfast was one of the key reasons we chose this hotel, as it is usually a major convenience and benefit, so this was particularly disappointing. We believe that clear information about the breakfast format would have been highly appreciated, as it is an important factor from a guest’s perspective. Unfortunately, this detail was not communicated, and we had to look for alternatives in the city, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Bardzo przyjazny personel. Wspaniala lokalizacja. Wielkie miasto a cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo przyjemne wnętrze..niewielkie ale przytulne. Duzy piękny taras (choc można by wymienić kanapę.. jest brudna i dziurawa).
Chciałbym dac 10 punktów ale niestety problem ze śniadaniem.
Jesli jestes gotowy jesc poza hotelem to bardzo polecamy.

Sniadanie! Olbrzymie rozczarowanie zwłaszcza po przeczytaniu wcześniejszych opinii.
Hotel przeszedł na śniadaniowe boksy czyli suche kromki chleba sztuczne dżemy zimne jajo niewiekii banan niewielki croissant i jogurt..koszmarne...odwołaliśmy kolejne boksy.
