I selected this hotel over hundreds of other choices because it advertised the room as being top floor. When I arrived I realised my room was not at the top floor (3rd floor out of 4 floors) and there was another room above. I immediately went back down to reception and I said there must be a mistake because it is really important for me to not have any other guests on top of my room (very light sleeper and I am very sensitive to sounds like walking, using the toilet etc). The receptionist reassured me that my room is the top floor and there are no other rooms above! I believed her (I could see there was a 4th floor but I assumed it wasn't used) only to find that the next day there were guests living in the room above! When I went back down to complain about the fact that she had deliberately given me misleading information she insisted that the room is not above my room but above the neighbouring room. I was very disappointed by this - mistakes can happen and maybe the third floor room is indeed advertised as "rooftop"- but the audacity to be lied to instead of admitting the truth was unacceptable.

great price/quality deal
Pros:

overall it's a good deal for the price paid. The breakfast is decent and the room was clean though not very large but, again, it's a great deal for the price paid. The receptionist was super helpful with everything and recommended us great places to eat and drink.

Despite the minor issue of the en-suite, I will stay here again, but in a different room!
Pros:

Very good location for the purpose we were staying, Room extremely clean. Bed very large and comfortable. Clothes rail had sufficient hangers. Small balcony was very usable for two (although I was staying alone). Breakfast area was light and food selection good. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

En-suite was a wet room with no shower tray or curtain. Not a problem as such but the room did not drain fast so re-entering mean wet feet. Toilet space was cramped. The position of the dividing shower screen and wall bin either side of the toilet was such that when seated, legs were pushed together and at an angle making sitting unpleasant. Could be corrected by moving the dividing screen 100mm in to the larger shower area and moving the bin. It was the only negative thing about the room and facilities and I would have rated the hotel a 9 instead of 8. However, this may only have been in only in room 202. Room 201 en-suite was better arranged. Perhaps I should have requested another room, but we was only staying three nights.

Das Hotel Q ist absolut unglaublich!!
Pros:

Das Q Hotel hat meine Erwartungen sehr übertroffen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit.
Das Zimmer war hell und gemütlich eingerichtet mit bequeme Betten und einen sehr grossen Balkon. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es immer frisches Obst, Griechischen Käse, Süsses und Salziges und jeden Tag andere 4 bis 5 griechische Spezialitäten. Es wurde immer nachgefüllt und alles "home made". Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns auch nachts sicher gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles war einfach klasse.
