Logement de rêve et très bien d'un point de vue qualité/prix.
Pros:

Lieu exceptionnel avec une vue splendide sur la mer et la caldeira. Petite maison mignonne, propre et bien décorée dans le style de l'île. Terrasse avec vue magnifique où on peut prendre petit déjeuner ou apéro ou s'installer lire un livre... Personnel efficace et agréable. Emplacement idéal face à la mer, proche de tout mais au calme. Parfait !

Minas qui nous a reçu, nous a donné de très bons conseils. Il a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour incroyable !

Breathtaking views and warm hospitality
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the view was nothing short of breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful: They gave us great local recommendations and even helped carry our luggage and arrange transportation, which we really appreciated.

Just a quick note for future guests: our room was located on the lowest level of the property, and it required going up and down about 85 steps from the pedestrian path. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if stairs are an issue for you, it’s worth reaching out to the property ahead of time to request a room higher up.

All in all, a peaceful and memorable stay — we’d definitely come back!

Cons:

The only reason we’re giving a 9 instead of a 10 is that the room we stayed in was quite small. We had a bit of trouble opening our suitcases comfortably without it taking the whole floor space. That said, everything else was so lovely that it didn’t take away much from our overall experience.

A gem in Fira.
Pros:

The flat is a gem in Fira and provides a truly memorable base for a stay in Santorini. Minas was a fabulous host. He was in touch early to ensure the wonderful Miri was on hand when I arrived to help bring my case to the flat. This was very welcome! Minas' in person welcome was detailed and helpful and he was able to arrange airport transfers and make suggestions for trips and excursions. He was on hand if there was anything that was needed throughout the stay. The flat was very comfortable and the views over the caldera simply breath-taking. Mrs Tamara was courteous and helpful in making sure the flat was spotless each day and provided a change of towels. On the last day, it was very hard to leave!

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement : je recommande
Pros:

La vue incroyable, l’accueil, l’emplacement proche de la gare routière (très pratique pour visiter l’île en bus), des commerces et restaurants.

Cons:

Les escaliers (mais nous avons été aidés pour monter et descendre les bagages et ça maintient en forme).
Une machine à capsule serait tres appréciée pour prendre son café sur la terrasse le matin avec cette vue époustouflante.

Pros:

Minas welcomed us and took the time to explain and gave us general information and recommendations to local cafes, resturantant and an amazing catamaran cruise. A big shout to Mini who carried all our bags from the drop off point to our rooms and back again to the pickup point. If it wasn't for Mini I would be still dragging my bags.
I would recommend organising your transfer with the Minas as you wouldn't find the accommodation easily.

Cons:

The stairs, we were in room 7. I would not recommend any person who has knee problems or low fitness to stay on the lower side. Other than the stairs it is a nice place to stay. The view of the sunset is amazing.

Las vistas espectaculares y la habitación muy limpia y muy bien situada
Minas es una persona encantadora y que te ayuda en todo y te hace muy buenas recomendaciones. Recomendado 100% . Volveremos

La única pega, es que nos dieron el apartamento de mas abajo y tenía muchas escaleras, pero te bajan y te suben la maleta.
