Near beach. And good swimming pool

Preis-Leistung tip top. Man bekommt das, wofür man zahlt (nicht mehr und nicht weniger).

Smutsigt och dåligt skick, otrevlig personal. Når vi checkade in var lägenheten fylld med vatten, det var mögel i lägenheten och ett myr bo i badrummet. Dessutom fick vi ett annat rum än vi betalde för det och det var andra priser på frukosten. Skulle absolut inte rekommendera.

Bastante sucio todo

If you are not 18 years old.. you will not enjoy Kavos. Arrived at property and had to wait for someone at reception. This person gave us the keys and did not show us to our rooms. The rooms are very basic. Shower head not attached and floors were still sandy. Booked 2 nights and left after 1.

The staff were friendly and helpful when needed, they gave me a free of a room overlooking the pool. The pool was great and it's bar. The only downside is the towel hook in the bathroom came off the wall and the plumbing isn't great, water cut out, the cistern wouldnt fill, rain shower head didn't work and the water was either boiling hot or cold. But the location is fantastic

Högt och lågt. Jag och min flickvän bodde på hotellet i en vecka och upplevde både bra och dåliga saker.

Positivt:
Extremt nära till stranden, trevligt med pool, finns AC och kyl som är otroligt viktigt i Greklandvärmen. Bra priser i restaurangen. Stor pool. Gott om solstolar vid stranden för alla.

Negativt:
Dåligt skick på duschen, poolen, pool toaletterna och rummets byrå. Dålig städning (under 7 dagar så städade personalen endast 3 gånger). Smutsiga lakan och golv. Ofräscha lister i poolen. Ibland kom det inget kallvatten i duschen. Ibland ändrades temperaturen under tiden vattnet rann. Man behövde köra intervaller med sköljningen då vattnet gick från kokhett till iskallt var 5e sekund.

Jag som bott på många hotell runt om i världen skulle säga att detta är som att ett gäng människor försöker öppna ett fint hotell med hög standard men att de aldrig gjort det tidigare. Personalen verkar alltså lite oerfarna.

Nous sommes allés séjourner à Kavos pour 2 nuits. Quand on voit l’état médiocre de la rue, on est heureux de séjourner à la Playa Grande car l’architecture extérieure est très jolie. Toutefois, dès que l’on met un pied à l’intérieur c’est une autre histoire…
Aucun accueil dans l’hôtel, on a tourné en rond avec mon copain pendant 20 minutes pour savoir où était l’accueil de l’hôtel, on a carrément demandé à des concurrents de nous indiquer le lieu.
La chambre n’était pas ce que j’avais réservé. J’avais réservé une chambre confort avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. On s’est retrouvé avec 3 lits simples… (on a dû coller les lits). Nous n’avons pas connu la literie de « haute qualité » promise dans l’annonce. Les draps avaient des tâches tout comme les serviettes. La vue ne donnait pas sur la mer mais sur la rue. Le sol était sale. J’avais peur d’attraper des microbes dans la salle de bain. La bouche d’évacuation de la douche était cassée. Le pommeau de douche n’avait aucune pression, et était rempli de calcaire. De même, il ne cessait jamais de passer de l’eau chaude à l’eau froide toutes les 5 secondes. Je pense que c’est un même chauffe eau pour tout l’hôtel… bref, 70€ la nuit ok c’est pas cher mais ne vous attendez pas aux photos et à la description. Essayer de trouver mieux ailleurs.

Everything was great except the water in the shower was boiling hot everyday, and no one bothered fixing it, aside from that room was perfect and we had a great view of the beach.

After walking up and down the strip all week, i was always reminded that i really did get the best looking place - also got the best room in the house perfectly overlooking the pool with beach and ocean in the distance; couldn't be better. Every picture you take is amazing, its beautiful here.

The room was lovely and bright with big mirrors, smart TV, A/C, bug nets, comfy bed, fridge with nice double showerhead. With all the clubs nearby you'd think you'll be getting no sleep but its surprisingly sound-proofed with all doors shut and with the A/C on it's always a good sleep.

Stories Kitchen & Bar plus the pool bar were heroes - made the entire week for me. Food was superb, credit to the cooks whose names i never got, the chicken souvlaki was incredible!

Massive thank you to Maria who made everyday brighter - Nikos for just being a legend and to Katarina who is always smiling. Then there's Spiro, the dancing king! The few others whose names i never got, i appreciate you all :)

I'd love to come back and pester you all again for iced lattes and milkshakes.

I honestly have no bad things to say, even the third-party massage business that comes to the hotel was brilliant; the waterpark i went to made me feel about 90 years old but one 40min back, neck and scalp session sorted it right out.

Once more, thank you all so much i really do hope to see you again sometime soon. Cheeeeeeers.

No parking space for hotel visitors

Nice big pool with lots of outdoor seating. Right on the beach with fun music. The rooms weren’t very clean, we found lots of hair and ants in our bed and the service was poor. No one around to help and we had to wait even longer to check in.

The room looked unfinished with wires hanging out of the wall and did not look like the pictures. The air conditioning made my throat sore which I think is due to the filter not being cleaned.

Friendly staff who made us feel welcome and kept everything clean. Really convenient for young people as it’s right on the strip and have several restaurants a stones throw away.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! Great location right next to the strip, perfect for a girl’s holiday! The staff were lovely and let us extend our check out time as we had a late flight on our last day too. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel with nice staff! The village Kavos is probably more suitable for young teenagers but nice daytime.

We had such a lovely stay and cannot fault this hotel at all. Staff were all friendly and we loved our stay. The pool area is lovely and the bar and beach are great too. Thank you so much for our stay we will 100% be coming back!

Fantastic facility, extremely professional staff, and their restaurant/bar are truly the best joint in Kavos, providing excellent gourmet experience. I will definitely come back next year. The owner Nikos is super cool and superb host.

Great atmosphere for relaxing with family and friends. Watersports near by with the option of the beach or pool at your fingertips. Great for people who want both options interchangeably. Great hosts very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there. 👌
