Elia Agia Marina Resort

Had a great stay here. The room was nice and the small pool was a great feature. We also used the sauna and hammam which were nice extras to have. The breakfast had a good selection and the dining area had a good view over the pool and beach.

Unfortunately on 2 nights there was a lot of machinery noise coming from the driveway down to the basement next to our room. There was also an area in our room where the floor was persistently damp without any obvious cause.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay though and the team were all really helpful.

Breakfast was very good, the staff is very nice and the property is clean and new. The dinner was not a highlight and I would not get half board again. The food was just not very good and the menu item that we did want, steak, was not available for half board... It's a great place to stay with a beautiful beach and nice pool.

Das Frühstück war sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch. Der Oberaufseher hat mehr darauf geachtet was sich die Gäste vom buffet nehmen anstatt für Nachschub zu sorgen. Hotelbar war immer leer.

Absolutely amazing area, great beach and very friendly staff. Area felt safe and access to the nearby town of chania was easy. I loved the swim up pool and the temperature was good. Air conditioning was good also.
negative things i would say their was no privacy between the swim up and the public footpath. We woke up some upset neighbours one evening accidentally so the walls may not have been very sound proof although we did not hear anybody ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at Elia Resort! It was my partner and I’s 5-year anniversary, and the Elia team truly made it one of our best holidays yet. On our first night, we arrived late but were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, a refreshing watermelon salad, and a beautifully decorated room to celebrate the occasion.

The hotel itself was stunning, right on the beachfront. Our room included a swim-up pool, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond - whether it was scheduling trips for us or helping with restaurant recommendations. They even allowed us one hour of free extra late check out since our flight was not till 6pm. Thank you to lovely Elia team!!

It was an amazing stay at Elia! Staff are very welcoming, the place is very clean and great for families. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel in the beach, very clean. Breakfast was very good with a lots of options. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The property was located at a convenient area and the staff is friendly however they need to update the locks on their doors. We stayed at Elia Agia Marina Resort room 209. We were locked out of the appointment twice and had to look for front desk to get the manual key to unlock. Luckily we only stayed two nights.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent hospitality, several buffet breakfast options. They have parking available if you are driving a rental. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and great vibe. If you are looking for a beach front hotel, this is it! Nice sunset view from the beach. We loved every bit of it. Thank you.

Stayed in the swim up deluxe. The room was sparkling clean, and the pool was too. The hotel is beachfront and offers sunbeds, which made our vacay feel even more like a proper vacay. Just an amazing hotel overall, honestly can’t think of any bad sides.

Pre check-in, during, and post check-in service were all second to none. Every staff member I met was amazing, they genuinely cared about us right up until we left, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Chania.

Unfortunately we had only 1 night at this hotel. The highest praise I can give is that we were so impressed that we’ll be back on our next visit and at least stay a week. Everything was perfect for us!
