The staff is terrific!

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. Hiking is available directly from the property. It is serene and relaxing. The staff was very responsive. The property is in the mountains, the air is crisp and smells like wonderful fir trees.

Very exclusive. Landscaping and surroundings were average. No aircon and terribly warm comforter made for a bad nights sleep. Especially when it was a mountain getaway

With some good management and staff coordination it could be a nice get away.

We wanted to love this hotel. It is set in a lovely forest and is beautifully designed. We were hoping for a peaceful and relaxing few days.

However, we were very disappointed by several elements.

- Each morning, we were woken by barking dogs! This was very unpleasant as this was meant to be a relaxing reset for us. At one point, a dog also ran onto our patio area, which was not actually properly partitioned from the others. As someone allergic to dogs, this was a big problem. We heard two other guests speak to reception about the barking in the morning.

- We had an issue where our room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. We told the front desk, who accused US of smoking(!), and then were told that it was our neighbour smoking outside on their patio, that it was 'their right', and that there was nothing they could do about it. There was no acceptable solution offered - we were just told to 'keep our windows closed' after airing it out.

- The hotel took itself too seriously. Spa music blares through the building 24/7, which is actually very annoying. And while the accommodation is reasonable, everything at the hotel, including food and drink, was extraordinarily expensive, and if you weren't booking one of their specific experiences (e.g. nature walk), the staff didn't seem bothered to provide any suggestions for your stay.

These aside, the hotel and surroundings are beautiful, the fireplace lovely, and the breakfast by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.

Καθαριότητά, εξυπηρέτηση,υπέροχο φαγητό,υπέροχες εικόνες αλλά το μυστικό συστατικό είναι το προσωπικό… Υποδοχή,ρεσεψιόν,σερβιτόροι,καθαρίστριες,μασέρ όλοι έτοιμοι να σε υποδεχτούν και να σε κάνουν να νιώσεις ξεχωριστός..

Our 3d visit to this blessed retreat and each time is better than the previous one.
Yes the place is fantastic,the mountain view jaw dropping,the food and the wellness part exceptional but it’s the people that work in this resort that make a difference..
Always there to assist you in every way possible with courtesy and a smile on their face.going the extra mile for you in order to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The pictures do not do justice to the magic of this place. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed. The mists and the pines create the most restorative environment. Its stunning. The rooms are gorgeous, with views over the woods and the staff are attentive and discrete. We spent four nights, five days and we never wanted to leave. Sitting by the fire in the bar/lounge/library, just reading or listening to the breeze in the trees, this is the perfect place to escape to. The breakfast was incredible and the restaurant in the evening serves refined and sophisticated versions od Greek classics. Worth every Euro. You can't put a price on the kind of wellbeing this place gives you

It is an amazing hotel in a wonderful location. Not many people appreciate the Greek mountains and forests but this area is so beautiful. The hotel offers easy access to all the surrounding villages and an amazing facility to enjoy and relax.

The most beautiful hotel I ever visited

MANNA is exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, from the design of the rooms to the idyllic forest setting, but what makes a stay here worthy of your time is the total overall experience. If you're looking to disconnect and recharge this is the place to do it. The staff was amazing, especially in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, it served the best food I had in Greece. The modern take on Greek fare was outstanding and even the included breakfast buffet was delicious. I'd happily go back for more rest and relaxation again and again.
