Pros:

Tout était parfait. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux, j’y retournerai avec plaisir et je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Le personnel est aux petits soins. Un grand merci à John/Yanis ainsi qu’à son binôme (dont j’ai malheureusement oublié son prénom) de nous avoir accompagnés tout au long du séjour, pour leurs recommandations, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.
Mention spéciale aussi au personnel du petit-déjeuner, toujours souriant et attentionné.

Cons:

In May, unfortunately, the pool was not heated. Don’t hesitate to mention it in your reservation details so people won’t be surprised.

Pros:

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et irréprochable. Un immense merci à John & Jim pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Ils ont toujours été très réactifs à la moindre demande, aux petits soins et attentifs à ce que tout se passe parfaitement bien.

L’établissement est magnifique, paisible et idéalement situé, à proximité du centre. Mention spéciale également à Teresa pour son massage, qui a été l’un des meilleurs que j’ai eu l’occasion de recevoir. Un vrai moment de détente et de bien-être.

J’y ai passé un moment inoubliable et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir très prochainement. Je recommanderai également cet endroit à tout mon entourage sans hésitation.

Calme et magnifique lieu mais pas à la hauteur d un hôtel de luxe

Le personnel de reception et la dame au petit-déjeuner sont très sympathiques et très accueillants.
Le calme et la beauté du cadre, magnifique lieu pour se reposer.

Cons:

Le ménage qui est très mal fait voir pas fait du tout a part le changement de serviette quotidien.
Le petit déjeuner est trop industriel et manque de choix pour un hôtel de luxe et pas de salle intérieur pour déjeuner c est qu en extérieur et avec le vent c était très froid le matin.
La piscine en mai est trop froide donc on ne peut pas en profiter
Les prestations ne sont à mon sens pas à la hauteur d un hôtel de luxe.
