Really cute hotel. The building appears to be quite new. My room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The air conditioning worked great. The staff was also kind and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. Good location too.

We booked a 1 week stay at Neo suites, from the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Maria and Penelope were brilliant hosts, they gave us recommendations for local restaurants to help celebrate my partners birthday.

The hotel itself is Modern and clean with rooms offering a private pool and lounge area. The room was a great size with lots of storage available. Breakfast was continental with many items made fresh daily by the onsite chef, which were absolutely delicious. The hotel is only a short walk (5mins) from the main square but far enough away to still offer a quiet space from the hustle and bustle of the main square.

I would highly recommend staying at Neo suites if you want luxury accommodation, great service and a private spot to enjoy the wonderful island of Santorini.

Safe to say that Neo Suites truly saved our Santorini trip. After a terrible experience at Phaos 1870 in Pyrgos, we had to book another hotel last minute — not ideal at all. Luckily, we stumbled upon Neo Suites, and it exceeded every expectation. The prices are extremely reasonable and absolutely worth it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay so comfortable. The rooms and private pools/jacuzzis are very well maintained, and the cleaners do an excellent job. The location is perfect, with everything in Fira within walking distance. All in all, if you are visiting Santorini, I highly recommend booking Neo Suites.

In contrast, I strongly advise against staying at Phaos 1870 in Pyrgos. Our experience there was deeply disappointing due to unprofessional conduct and misleading practices, which ultimately ruined the start of our trip.

Worst hotel EVER. You are staying in the alley. Save your money and time there are beautiful places to stay in Santorini. We checked in and checked out immediately. They would not offer refund… this place uses fake pictures online to promote as well.

This hotel overall has good location, is convenient and walkable distance for mini mart , restaurants and cafe. The central square and bus station is 6-7 mins walk from hotel. The pool was great. Breakfast was good. But was told that they don’t send breakfast by the pool which was advertised on Expedia (picture shown with breakfast by the pool) maybe false advertising? I dunno , and this was one of the reason I choose this hotel. But oh well, is all good. They provided a glass bottle for free water refills by the restaurant but only available when the reception is open, you just don’t know when they will close at night. Last but not least, although the reception was not open all the time but when you call them they will try to solve your problem or issue immediately. Overall is a nice hotel.

Pros:

This hotel was within walking distance to town and all of its restaurants. The staff were so attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a view from my room which faced an old seedy hotel which was a real eye sore. The rooms were modern and clean. If your looking for a view when your in Santorini this is not place for you, unless you get a room with a seaside view. The staff really made a difference to make my stay more pleasant.

Wonderful service, great breakfast. Our view was of the other, less desirable side of the island, only drawback. Our lovely private pool overlooked a busy street, beyond that was ocean though. Our timing was a bit too cold and windy to use it. Price was right.

Property was clean and well kept. We expected a slightly bigger room but it did the job and was very clean and tidy. We had a deluxe room with a heated plunge pool and the private pool was greatly appreciated - it was nice a quiet and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful, when we checked in the lovely lady gave us recommendations and a map of places to visit. The breakfast was fine, they had fresh pastries and yogurt/ fruit every day, a coffee machine and fresh juices too. You could also get eggs (omelette, scrambled, fried) to order which was a nice touch. The hotel is small in size so the breakfast was decent and as expected. Overall a great experience, good location in Thira out of the way from the busy town. We also got a slight sea view from our apartment. The only negative I would say is size of the room and the interior was a bit dated i.e. wires in holes in the walls where light fixtures used to be.

Perfect base for a stay in Fira. Very clean, beautifully designed and peaceful apartments. Super helpful staff who arranged hire cars, taxis etc for us during our stay. Great breakfast with different options every day, and less than 15 mins from airport. Highly recommended
