Great location next to the cathedral, but flawed bathroom design created a stressful and potentially unsafe experience.
Pros:

Ideally Located in the Old Town by the Cathedral, with Modern Facilities and a Wide Variety of Breakfast Options

Cons:

The bathroom shower had inconsistent water temperature and lacked a proper mixer; the shower door had a very small handle and would seal tightly when closed, making it impossible to open by hand—being short and unable to reach the top of the door, and with soundproofing too good to call for help, I ended up trapped inside for over ten minutes.

Une adresse exceptionnelle !
Pros:

Le lieu, son architecture, son lounge, sa cour arrière, ses chambres, l'accueil, le personnel, le petit déjeuner fastueux, sa localisation centrale, la décoration au rez comme dans les chambres, la rénovation du bâtiment fort réussie, c'est exceptionnel de n'avoir que du positif.

Para reservar sin dudarlo.
Pros:

Todo ha sido excelente. Un hotel céntrico, muy tranquilo, con un trato muy amable por parte de todo el personal, desde recepción hasta limpieza. Todos sin excepción han hecho que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Nuestra estancia fue realmente muy agradable. Era nuestro viaje de bodas de oro y nos fuimos realmente satisfechos. Totalmente recomendable.

Pues no se me ocurre nada mejorable.

לא חמישה כוכבים, אבל מלון מצויין במרכז הרקליון.
Pros:

מלון קטן מצויין במרכז הרקליון בעיר העתיקה. שירות טוב. חדרים ברמה גבוהה. מאד נקי ויש הקפדה על פרטים.

Cons:

למי שמפריע, יש רעש מהרחוב וצלצול פעמונים מהכנסיה ( למרות שרצו לתת לנו חדר הפונה לצד השקט. )

Wunderbares Hotel in der Innenstadt Heraklions
Pros:

Das Personal vor Ort ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück morgens. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und auch die Zimmer sind super. Es gibt auch einen Arbeitsbereich, den man gut nutzen kann.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich ist nur mit einer Extragebühr benutzbar, das stand leider anders in der Beschreibung.

A hotel worth its ratings.
Pros:

This is the only hotel in the world that, if you have an ungodly hour / super early flight, will offer breakfast in a doggy bag to go. We were thoroughly impressed. Also was not expecting a free upgrade of our room but it was very, very very much appreciated. Staff always at your disposal, you genuinely can ask them anything and they are one step ahead of you.
