Personnel très accueillant et attentionné , hôtel bien placé pour aller sur le port et la vielle ville.

Couldn’t recommend enough.
Pros:

Ethos Suites was located a great part of the Chania Old Town, and it was such a nice experience. We had a room on the top floor with such a nice view and small balcony. The highlight had to be Dimitria, who was so helpful with whatever we needed. We organised a bus tour through her, and, because I was too young to rent a car, she also arranged a private transfer to Elafonissi at a great price. She gave us towels and an umbrella for the trip and we loved every minute of it. She gave us suggestions for where to eat, and told us how to get to the bus stop to go to the airport. Thank you Dimitria!

Modernes Apartment trifft charmante Altstadt
Pros:

Ein Highlight in Chania.
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und wir wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht.
Jeder Wunsch wird von den Lippen abgelesen.
Alles rund um die Altstadt von Chania ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Strand bis Restaurants ist alles in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Convenient and helpful staff

Pros:

The location, the cleanliness of the apartment and happy friendly staff.

Cons:

The Room we had was on the ground floor with no views and the bedroom was a mezzanine room, so pretty small & dark.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

Everything!!! Location was perfect, right in the old town but away from the noise. The shower pressure was insane- so good! Bed was comfortable, room was so spacious. Very clean. Balcony was perfect too. Saturday farmer markets right on the street!

Our receptionist, Dimitra was the best. Always so friendly and helpful, providing recommendations based on the wind for the day, just always happy to help. She even organised a lovely surprise as we stayed there for our honeymoon. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better accomodation.
