Great hotel near the city center, close to airport and ferry port with good options for food, drink and shopping. Easy walk to the water and museums The hotel and room were spotless. (really remarkably spotless), and staff were helpful. High-quality breakfast with warm and cold options, including eggs, prepared multiple ways and a espresso/coffee options. Easy to arrange taxi in morning on way out as well.

Very clean hotel

Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour. Même si l’environnement ne donne pas bonne impression au premier abord. L’hôtel est top et se rattrape largement avec ces belles prestations… vraiment nickel ! Accessible à tous a pied. Et en même temps c’est un hôtel en plein centre avec des immeubles autour mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé dans la mesure où c’était très calme. Je le recommande, il vaut la peine. Le personnel est vraiment gentil… tous !

Newer hotel. Clean and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are a little small for two adults with suitcases. Quick trip to the dock.

Our family group stayed for several nights (3 rooms), and absolutely adored this hotel. Quiet, comfortable, and right in the center of life in Heraklion. We could easily walk to the main shopping and community squares, as well as all the major sights. We grabbed the bus line 02 out to Knossos, which was simple from this hotel. The beds were all comfortable, and our family was happy to have multiple bed configuration options. The rooms are quite large, which gave you space even with luggage opened and undone. The room is under complete digital control, very modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We did book several treatments at the spa (one per traveler) and everyone was so happy with their experiences (massage focused). What a nice amenity to have, and a wonderful way to unwind during travel. I definitely will stay here again when we return to Crete.

What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!

This place is nice, but here are the issues.... The biggest one is the bathroom! They tried to get too fancy and they have this giant bathroom but there is no glass for the shower, which is in the center of the bathroom, so literally everything gets wet. We needed several extra towels just to dry the floor and toilette are off. There is no separation for the toilette, so really only one person can use the bathroom at a time. also, almost zero counter space! Not sure where a girl is supposed to put her things!

The location is super central in Heraklion and near most cafes and restaurants. The area looks a bit rundown, but it has its charm.
Rooftop is amazing with the pool and bar.

Immaculate, modern and comfortable. Freindly staff especially reception. However web site does not really make it clear how small it is. As the hotel title has resort in it, you'd expect it to be bigger. Example, on roof terrace there are only 8 sunbeds. The bar and restaurant are one and bar only has a few seats, which are also for reception. Breakfast was spoilt because once the food is cooked and put out, there are no heating plates so the food goes quickly cold. The waiting g staff bring the juice, not sure why there is not a juice station so you can help yourself. Being british we love our breakfast tea, the teabags used are extremely weak and even with 3 teabags on the teapot it is still very weak

Amazing hotel! Front desk, spa staff & lobby bartender were so nice and helpful! Rooms are amazing with balconies, fridge, and iPad controlled. Bellhop came outside and helped with parking right across the street & our luggage! They even have a pillow menu! Best part were the reasonable prices of the spa services (best massage ever) especially for the 5 star quality amenities - sauna, pools, jacuzzi, manicures etc. 5 minute walk to Lions Square for shopping & restaurants although the bar onsite in the lobby & on the roof are full service. The rooftop patio & pool are incredible. & the onsite gym. This place is amazing . King beds were separated ahead of time at our request. We will definitely return!

The spa, pool, & staff were all incredible

I recently had to cancel my reservation with them due to a MEDICAL EMERGENCY. The hotel showed absolutely no empathy or interest in my predicament. They were cold and heartless about it and charged me the full amount. I offered to provide documentation of my trouble but couldn't care less. When we travel to a hotel we expect SERVICE and staff that CARE. This hotel only cares about $MONEY. A "Just Business" attitude does not belong in the hospitality business.

An outstanding hotel, wonderful staff and excellent facilities. The spa is wonderful, a long pool and my wife and so both had a very good massage. Our room was very high tech and very spacious, light and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a full range of food. Also very good value.

Amazing, immaculate resort very close to the center of town. You might not get much of a view but everything else makes up for it.

Ich halte mich mit Superlativen eher zurück, aber das Hotel ist sensationell. Als so genanntes Smart Hotel ist es super modern eingerichtet und technisch auf neuestem Stand.

Das Personal ist ausnahmslos, von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Hotel Manager, höflich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben, jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt.

Ein besonderer Gruß geht raus an Konstantina und den Hotelmanager, die durch Engagement, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft besonders auffielen.

We stayed in the hotel (not “resort”) for 2 nights. The first impression was nice even though the neighbors from the close buildings can completely see you. Our room was nice but that’s basically the only thing that was nice. We went to the spa area where you can only use the pool and hot tub for free and the next is for extra charge (sauna) which is disappointing for the amount we paid. The pool was cold even though it’s supposed to be 29 degrees and the hot tub was a cold tub. The solution we got is to wait 5 hours till they will warm it up… the next day we wanted to use the swimming pool which supposed to be open from 10am. We went there by 11:30 and it was locked-we couldn’t even use the pool chairs. The answer for that was “they cleaning it because of the weather so we need to wait for them to finish it”. But the worst thing was after the check out - we checked out and stored our luggage. When we came 5 hours later to take our luggage, they blamed us for a damage we didn’t do and the manager told us he will call the police if we won’t come with him to the room to look at the damage which was a tiny scratch under bad that wasn’t done by us and he talked very aggressive and not polite to us This hotel is the worst! Stay away from it if you want to relax in your vacation .
