Peccato non funzionasse l’ascensore nel corpo principale, ma dal retro si entra lo stesso, si cammina solo leggermente di più. Penso si risolverà quando finiranno i lavori di ristrutturazione!

Ingresso poco accogliente e mancanza ascensore

L ascensore lo stavano ripristinando e si doveva usare quello di un altro civico industriale

We had a very disappointing experience at this property.

During our stay, we found bed bugs in the bed and all the three of us were bitten. We immediately contacted the property and provided photos of both the insects and the bites. Despite contacting them multiple times and requesting a room change, our requests were refused.

Initially, we were told that we could leave and receive a refund only if the room was rebooked. Later, after we sent additional photos of the bites, we were advised to find alternative accommodation and were told that our money would be refunded. However, when we explained that this was not feasible because it was peak tourist season in Copenhagen and there was virtually no availability elsewhere, they changed their position and claimed that they had not identified any bed bug infestation but actually they never came to check in the room.

We find both the handling of the situation and the communication from the property completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a practical solution, they repeatedly changed their explanation and left us to deal with the problem ourselves.

What concerns us even more is their later claim that no infestation was found. Given the evidence we provided and the bites we suffered, this raises concerns for future guests who may book the same room.

Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and we would strongly advise future guests to exercise caution.

Bei der Buchung war mir nicht klar, dass es Zimmer gibt mit hohen Fenstern. Der Ausblick konnte somit nur im Stehen wahrgenommen werden. 😳 Nun weiß ich, wie wichtig mir ein Zimmer mit Aussicht ist.
Industriedesign muss man mögen, allerdings war der erste Eindruck ernüchternd: der im Video gezeigte Aufzug war mit einer Spanplatte abgedeckt. Im vierten Stock angekommen, war der Flur wenig einladend. Die Tür konnte nur mit Hilfe eines gewagten Hüftschwungs aufgestoßen werden. Die telefonische Hilfe des Personals war durchaus freundlich, aber welcher Gast möchte schon mit extremen Nachdruck die Tür öffnen? Meine Hemmschwelle war hier enorm.
Nun zur Sauberkeit: wenn man vom Spiegel, den Küchenfronten und den Fenstern auf den die Sauberkeit schließt ist durchaus viel Luft nach oben.
Wir hatten für zwei Personen gebucht und hatten vier Bettbezüge, die wir irgendwie verstauen mussten. 🤷‍♀️
Im Sommer kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass es ziemlich heiß wird in diesem Raum.
Küchenausstattung: möglicherweise viel Schwund, aber nur ein Kaffeelöffel ist schon sportlich. Aber dafür hat man den Bonus im Fitnessstudio drunter. 😉

Unable to control temperature very hot

Wir haben den Zugangscode für das falsche Appartement erhalten, mussten deshalb zwei mal anrufen. Als wir ankamen, war der Lift mit einer Bretterwand abgedeckt, wir mussten die Koffer in den 4. Stock tragen. Außerdem war im Stiegenhaus eine Baustelle und es war alles sehr schmutzig. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war überhaupt nicht komfortabel und gemütlich wie auf den Fotos auf booking. Es gab drei Sessel und einen Hocker, keine Bank, Brandflecken am Boden in der Küche und auf dem Teppich im Schlafzimmer waren rote Flecken. An der Decke ist der Putz abgeblättert. Das Badezimmer war zwar groß, hatte aber den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Kästen hatten teilweise keine Türen und waren verklebt.


Der Höhepunkt war, dass wir um 7 Uhr morgens von den Bauarbeitern mit Bohrmaschine und Hammerschlägen und lauter Musik geweckt wurden.

Die Schlafcoach ist nicht sonderlich bequem.

Nell’appartamento c’è tutto l’essenziale, il tavolino per mangiare in 4 è molto piccolo, assenza di un armadio dove poter sistemare bene i vestiti essendo in 4, abbiamo tenuto sempre i vestiti in valigia. Ma per pochi giorni di vacanza ci si adatta.
