Very comfortable
Pros:

The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, as it is very close to the metro stations. You can reach the city centre by metro in just a few minutes, about two stops away. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked very well for our family trip.

Cons:

Finding enterance which there is an elavator is difficult. This is only negative side that can be improved.

Konum güzel. Metro istasyonuna yakın. Şehir merkezi ve havalimani arasında kalıyor.  Deniz kıyısında yürüyüş yapılabilir. Alışveriş için market var.

Pros:

appartamento molto pulito, comodo alla metro, vicino al supermercato; bagno comodo e spazioso.
ottima organizzazione per accedere in completa autonomia, possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima e dopo il check-in/ check-out. Personale gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.

Cons:

tavolo un pò piccolo per tre persone, secondo letto un pò scomodo, ma niente che non si possa risolvere con un minimo di adattamento

Cons:

la zona living è sottodimensionata rispetto al numero di persone. Il tavolino è molto piccolo non si riesce a mangiare in 3 persone

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodna i przestronna łazienka, jednak apartament na 3 osoby za mały. Obiekt znajduje się na ostatniej kondygnacji wiec było duszno a okna były tylko w sypialni. Bardzo przydatne szafki do przechowania bagażu. Byliśmy rano więc chętnie z nich skorzystaliśmy. Na dole budynku znajduje się piekarnia/kawiarnia z pyszną kawą. Można tam tez zjeść śniadanie. Sklep spożywczy w pobliżu. Proszę dokładnie sprawdzać podczas rezerwacji przez Booking, coś się tam im poplątało. Rezerwowałam apartament z balkonem a okazało się że mam co innego. Mimo to wyjazd był udany.

Pats miestas labai patiko, tad tikrai grįšime

Vieta netoli metro, tad susisiekimas puikus. O tiems, kas nenori gamintis - apačioje yra pusryčių vieta puiki.
Rajonas ir vieta ganėtinai rami.

Cons:

Realybė neatitinka nuotraukų

Pirmiausia – realybė visiškai neatitinka nuotraukų. Koridorius apleistas, kiliminė danga nusidėvėjusi ir yrantis.

Televizorius neveikia: girdimas tik garsas, tačiau ekranas išlieka juodas (veikia tik LED foninis apšvietimas).

Šeimininkų reakcija: informavus savininkus apie sugedusį televizorių, mums buvo pažadėta atsiųsti meistrą. Nors patvirtinome, kad sutinkame ir norime, jog televizorius būtų sutvarkytas, meistras taip ir nepasirodė.

Lova: rėme matomos skylių žymės nuo varžtų, kurios sufleruoja, kad kažkada čia buvo normalus galvūgalis, kurio dabar nėra.

Indaplovė: tablečių skyriaus dangtelis sulūžęs ir neužsidaro.

Vonios durys: įstatytos netinkamai – jos trinasi į staktą ir po truputį lupasi dažai.

Ventiliacija: vonios kambaryje nėra tinkamos oro ventiliacijos.

Dušas: nėra dušo užuolaidų (vanduo taškosi visur).

Virtuvės įrankiai: labai mažas stalo įrankių pasirinkimas. Yra tik vienas peilis duonai, o turima keptuvė labai greitai degina maistą ir neturi dangčio.

Gartraukis neveikia: buvome priversti gaminti maistą atsidarę langus. Savininkai teigė, kad jis „visada veikia, tik labai tyliai“, nors valdymo skydelis net nešviečia. Kad maisto kvapai neįsigertų, drabužius, pagalves ir patalynę turėjome nešti į kitą kambarį.

Užuolaidos: dalis kabliukų buvo išsikabinę. Kad pataisytume, turėjome lipti ant stalo ir kėdės – kitaip neįmanoma net atidaryti langų.

Laiptai: norint pasiekti butą, reikia lipti pramoninio tipo laiptais į 4-ą aukštą (lubos labai aukštos, tad laiptų tikrai daug).
