Perfekte Unterkunft für Wien-Besuch
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer mit allem Erforderlichen, Garage direkt gegenüber Hoteleingang. Perfekte Lage, da U-Bahn und Straßenbahn ganz in der Nähe sind. Bei unserem nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder.

All in all, the service is good. We found a nice birthday note on the bed in our room.

Cons:

To be honest, the room wasn't what I expected. The photos of the room I selected during booking didn't match the room we were given. The bathroom didn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel; it didn't even have a towel rack. The shower pressure was inconsistent, making it difficult to take a normal shower. The air conditioner is very noisy, and you can’t adjust the temperature manually. Our room, 206, is in an area prone to outside noise since it’s close to the elevator. The price for parking in the garage is very high: €26 per night
