Pros:

The location is great ! Everything in the fridge you need to pay for if you use including the welcome tray you have with snacks that’s if you book studio deluxe . The amenities are good . Coffee machine is free . The hotel has a bar for drinks . They have breakfast if you get included with your room .
It’s a bit confusing when you try and find it as it’s 4 hotels in one . But good :)

Cons:

A lot of noise during the night especially as our room was with view on the back yard I think it must of been the back of the hotel because we could hear a lot of trolleys and bottles

These things happen, but the here’s could have dealt with it better.
Pros:

Great position and lovely building.

Cons:

We rented one room of the suits and it was really nice, however when I had a shower I was unable to turn it off as the tap was broke. It resulted us having to move to a much cheaper room, although we received a partial refund it spoilt the trip.
We had to move all our clothes across the building with no offer of assistance. The following day we moved back to the suite which was repaired and again was left to move ourselves.

Great place to relax after a long day sightseeing
Pros:

We booked a suite which enabled us to relax more after. Long day of walking around the city. We could pick up pastries and have a quick breakfast too rather than go to a hotels restaurant

Le logement est magnifique, nous avions la suite deluxe « Key » le décor ainsi que le mobilier était top !

Fijne locatie alles netjes geregeld en ruime kamer
Pros:

Fijne ligging kamers komen overeenmet de fotos en zijn netjes verzorgd. Verder was de ligging van het hotel susper centraal.

Cons:

WC bril zat los melding gemaakt bij de receptie maar het hele verblijf bleef deze los en dus niet verholpen.

A beautiful suite that fits right in with Copenhagen culture
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, very clean and lovely staff. Left to our own devices which we appreciated. In the heart of the city, walking distance to everything central.
