Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja, miła atmosfera

Cons:

Zarezerwowałam studio de lux, mam wrażenie, że standard studio odbiegał mocno od “ de lux”. Smutny widok na zaplecze hotelu, brak szlafroków i kapci, co było w ofercie Booking? Dopiero następnego dnia doprosiłam się o brakujące rzeczy. Deska sedesowa nieprzykręcona do muszli.
Brak instrukcji obsługi klimatyzacji. Brudne okna. Hałas z zewnątrz od maszyn umieszczonych na tyłach hotelu.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Loved the Danish simple design of the room and all the little extras. Washing machine and dryer were very useful and it was great to use the oven instead of eating out every night when on holiday. It is in a handy central location for food and activities and near the train station. Thank you so much Bryane for your excellent service and support with our onward train tickets and making arrangements for an emergency dental appointment. You went above and beyond and we are truly grateful.

Top Location, Hotel hat noch Potenzial deutlich besser zu werden. Zumindest bei der Preisgestaltung.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei! Das ist für Menschen mit Handikap beziehungsweise Kinderwagen oder auch Haustiere ein Problem. Es fehlen auch so triviale Dinge wie ein Gepäckwagen, um bei Ankunft und Abfahrt Koffer zu bewegen. Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls unterer Durchschnitt. Jeden Tag das Gleiche, keine besondere Auswahl und für Allergiker keine Hinweise (zum Beispiel Milch in das Rührei gerührt, ohne darauf hinzuweisen. Keine Alternative für Allergiker möglich).

Schönes Hotel/Apartmenthaus in top Lage/Umgebung ruhestörend!
Pros:

-sehr gute Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar
-Ausstattung ist sehr gut
-Frühstück absolut ausreichend

Cons:

-Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr laut/Lüftungsanlage läuft Tag und Nacht, Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich
-Glas wird Nachts auf dem Hinterhof in Containern entsorgt (Hinterhof=Wirtschaftshof der Restaurants)
-auf der Straßenseite befindet sich ein Heavy-Metal-Club/Musik dröhnt bis in die Nacht hinein in die Zimmer die auf der Straßenseite liegen
-dies wird leider in der Beschreibung nicht mit angegeben/deshalb Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht überein

Great location and serviceable studio
Pros:

Excellent location. The studio w kitchenette worked for us. It has 2 burners, toaster, electric kettle, washer/dryer combo, full scale frog and an ice box, dishes and pot/pan. Dish soap and detergent were provided.

Cons:

The studio has w club chairs and a low small coffee table. There is no way to eat comfortably . It would have been better with a bistro table or breakfast table and 2 chairs.
There is one luggage rack and we don’t have enough space to use it . There is no luggage rack for the 2nd piece of luggage. We ended up putting both luggage on the window ledge.
The shower leaked quite a bit at the corner every time we used the shower. We tried to use towels to soak up the water so that it did not leak through the tiles to the ceiling downstairs

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Exceptional hotel! We stayed in the suite/apartment and it was wonderful. Everything you could need including AC, washing machine, kitchenette and loads of space. Check in and out was seamless and would recommend the breakfast (full hot breakfast with loads of options). Location was amazing right in the city and next to loads of restaurants and shopping.

Deluxe suite was great
Pros:

The deluxe suite was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Great location, walkable to the historic areas.

Cons:

The drain in the shower was extremely slow. Our suite was not available for our first night stay, so we were given a smaller room and moved to the suite the next day. After discussion with the staff, we were happy with the compensation provided for this inconvenience.

Schönes Zimmer - leider sehr laut
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Die Außengeräte der dortigen Klimaanlagen waren so laut, dass wir die Fenster nicht öffnen konnten. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen leider ein großer Minuspunkt.
