Great place to relax after a long day sightseeing
Pros:

We booked a suite which enabled us to relax more after. Long day of walking around the city. We could pick up pastries and have a quick breakfast too rather than go to a hotels restaurant

A beautiful suite that fits right in with Copenhagen culture
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, very clean and lovely staff. Left to our own devices which we appreciated. In the heart of the city, walking distance to everything central.

Fijne locatie alles netjes geregeld en ruime kamer
Pros:

Fijne ligging kamers komen overeenmet de fotos en zijn netjes verzorgd. Verder was de ligging van het hotel susper centraal.

Cons:

WC bril zat los melding gemaakt bij de receptie maar het hele verblijf bleef deze los en dus niet verholpen.

Lovely suite near Tivoli Gardens
Pros:

Hypernym Suites location is good. It is very close to transportation, restaurants, and Tivoli Gardens. The staff was very kind and eager to help. The suite was very nice and perfect for my daughter and me.

Pros:

Apartamento super espaçoso, bem equipado, limpo e muito bem localizado, a poucos passos do Jardim de Tivoli. Estadia perfeita para um casal, com cozinha completa e decoração moderna. O prédio conta com recepção (estilo hotel) e elevador, o que é um grande diferencial em Copenhague, já que muitos apartamentos para locação ficam em prédios antigos que não dispõem desse equipamento.

We had a beautiful suite
Promised city view unfortunately back of hotel looking over parking and dumpsters
Had to pay extra euros for late checkout
Extra 2 hrs which should have comped
Should make a sign for environment out towels in bath or on floor to change
Save laundry as don’t need to change each day
Bed very comfortable
Should have into in English re washer dryer
Great breakfast if you have included but expensive by Aussie terms if you pay
Enjoyed our stay and would return

Great location but room allocation makes a big difference!

Cons:

Our room was directly above a restaurant so could smell the kitchen all afternoon and evening, and hear music until midnight. We booked a courtyard facing room and asked for a quiet location on a high floor away from the lift. They put us street facing, level 1, next to the lift…..
