Pros:

I really loved the hotel, it was luxury! They were really catering to any questions we had and advice about the city. Location is perfect. Definitely recommend having the breakfast at the hotel

Die Lage ist top! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrräder gegen Gebühr zum leihen. Betten super bequem. Vor Ort alles was man so braucht. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Stunning hotel, great location
Pros:

Hotel was gorgeous in a great location, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly

Cons:

The beds were really uncomfortable to the point I’ve been left with a sore back after my two night stay. Whilst I was provided with what was described to be as the ‘biggest and best’ room in my category it overlooked a service area which was exceptionally noisy and woke me up on several occasions.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and well decorated with nice amenities. The bathroom was very cute and the bedding was good quality.

Cons:

Our dirty teacups were not replaced with clean ones on the second day.
