Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und zugig, ebenso das Bad. Das Bett war viel zu weich und hat sich in der Nacht auseindergeschoben (2 Einzelbetten, die zu einem großen Bett zusammengeschoben waren).
Geheizt wurde über die Klimaanlage, was nur semi gut funktioniert (und das im Februar, wo es sehr kalt und verschneit war).
Das Frühstück war passabel, nicht sehr viel Auswahl, aber dafür gute Qualität von dem, was es gab.

City break in a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Amazing location. Walking distance to everything. Room was beautiful, staff were fabulous and the restaurant on site is amazing. Highly recommend the ragu!

Comfortable but not luxury.
Pros:

The staff are lovely. Breakfast was generous and delicious, a big range of choices and delicious freshly made eggs.

Cons:

Our room was tiny. It was a superior room and the gap between the beds and the wall or window was so small that getting out of bed you opened the curtains by accident. We were really surprised- it felt more like a cabin on ship than a superior room at a quality hotel chain. Also it was style over function-it had tea and coffee making things but the coffee mugs were so stylish they were thimble size and didn’t have handles, so you scalded your hands trying to pick the cup up. And it was packages of Nescafé. In this day and age we expect decent coffee in the room for the price we were paying. I had to borrow mugs with handles from the breakfast room for our second day’s morning tea and coffee.

Pros:

Værelset var super fint

Cons:

Enormt dårlig service fra personalet. Dagen for check-in var det ikke muligt at komme i kontakt (per telefon) med nogen i 5 timer. Anden interaktion med personalet var ubehøvlet og uvenligt.

Pros:

Location was great, staff were really nice, The size for our room is fine with a bit more price seems bigger than average room in Copenhagen

Cons:

king bed room you have to go thru first fl then take elevator to your floor every time up and down, which is mine is 4th floor every morning take elevator to 1st floor and walk down to 0 fl then walk from 0fl to 1st floor and walk about 20m to elevator to take to 4 fl. It’s not that bad if you don’t carry big luggage

Location is very good close to markets like lidl netto.

Cons:

There is no flippers in the rooms they said you need to gain it with the more superior rooms.
Also there is no hot water in the sink.

Overall excellent location and hotel. Very comfortable bed and perfect for a long weekend away.
Pros:

Property was at an ideal location and immaculately kept. Easy access to the centre and also metro stations to get around to attractions. It smelled amazing from the minute you walked into the space. Staff were always so helpful and welcoming. Overall stunning hotel and would stay here again if visiting Copenhagen.

Cons:

Rooms are on the smaller side & struggled to have any space for suitcase’s & clothes. Did feel like we were falling over each other at some points. Some of the room sockets were not working and the latch on the door meant it couldn’t be shut properly.
