The staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was good, especially as they had gluten free bread and pastries on request. The room was clean and comfortable.
Location although noisy. Food was good, although they forgot to order my breakfast and I was the only customer!
Rooms tiny - we got downgraded to a cosy room for the same price of the standard room and I couldn't even open my suitcase

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the thoughtful little touches, such as the complimentary lollies and fresh fruit. Such a lovely initiative that makes visitors feel genuinely welcomed and cared for!
It is conveniently located close to the city center and train station, and the staff are always smiling and approachable.
Room was a nice size which made it more comfortable than most EU rooms.
The shower drain ran slow. The hotel corrected this immediately.

Fire alarm insufficiently loud: when fire alarm went off during the night at 3:15 am it was not loud enough to wake all of the guests and as a result only a small number of the guests left their rooms despite the fire brigade being in attendance. The staff did not empty the rooms. This is unsafe.
Ths staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. Good breakfest. A bit pricy, but that's Copenhagen...
