Pros:

Everything about ghis hotel is great. Its modern, clean, staff are polite, nice bar and resturant and the rooms are cosy. Rooms can be small but its not a big issue as we didnt spend alot of time in them but worth noting for suitcase space. 2nd time visiting this hotel when in copenhagen and would stay ghere again. Also a great location, right next to the train station and tivoli gardens.

Cons:

I cant fault anything. The fact its our 2nd time speaks for itself. 1

Well located clean hotel with all essential facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect. Good restaurant and pleasant bar area to sit and chat, especially enjoyed Tuesday night!
Lovely comfortable bed.
Helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Towels weren’t provided after our first clean, we struggled with one towel for our morning shower.
Rubbish was bagged up but then bag left on wardrobe shelf in room.
A safe in the room would have been useful

Perfektes Hotel tolle Anbindung an Nahverkehr und Hauptbahnhof 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtete Lobby, nettes Personal, sehr schöne kleine eingerichtete Zimmer. Mit allem was man benötigt im Zimmer sowie im Bad.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen und zu bemängeln

Pros:

The location is amazing, right next to the train station and metro was very handy. The hotel itself is very chic and nice. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Sometimes the train noise from outside can be a bit loud. The rooms are pretty small, but we made it work. Lastly, our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, maybe because it was a Sunday? I’m not sure. It was not a big deal, it’s just a bummer to come back to your room and have the beds be unmade at a hotel.

Excellent location near the train station but note most attractions are a 30 min walk. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room is tiny, even the non cozy room. Given the size of the room it is pretty expensive.

A thoroughly enjoyable city break with a warm and welcoming hotel to come back to each evening.
Pros:

The location was very central - perfect for getting around the city. Opted for two 'cosy' rooms as we were single occupancy per room - perfect for our needs & roomy enough. Especially loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The shower was great with excellent use of a small space. We particular enjoyed the breakfast each morning and glad we opted for it as it set us up for getting our steps in on beautiful city walks!

Cons:

The only thing - not really anything to dislike - but we were slightly disappointed that the roof top bar wasn't quite open when we arrived - it was due to reopen a few days after we left - but it is a good excuse to come back again!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It was right beside the train station which was handy for us as we were journeying onto Malmo in Sweden.

Cons:

There were no negatives. The hotel is right in the centre of Copenhagen’s busy streets.

Uitvalbasis, ligging perfect.

Cons:

Uitleg, we wisten niet dat er gratis water was aan de receptie. Pas later zelf ondekt. Water in karaf en fruit was dit gratis te nemen? Nooit geweten of uitleg rond gehad. Wel jammer. Wel bij het inchecken vriendelijke dame.
