Loved our stay at Venders and will definitely return next time we visit CPH!
Pros:

Everything! It’s a stunning apartment centrally located, just 10min walk to Stroget, with parking garage just behind the building. It’s tastefully decorated, from the street entrance to the apartment itself. The high ceiling and light-filled rooms give a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchenette is well equipped. Shower is spacious with good water pressure. Bed and pillows comfortable. The hallway gives a feeling of being at home rather than a hotel.

Pros:

The location is good.
Quick respond via whatssap.
The room is clean.

Cons:

The room was super hot, if there is no AC at least have a ventilation system. They provide a portable cooling van which did nothing to the room and covering either tv area or the bedroom.
The bed + the sofa bed and the pillows were really the worst and disappointing.
Only one very slow elevator and sometimes its not working.
Housekeeping is a paid service.

Pros:

We loved the location and the balcony on our apartment.

Cons:

The 2nd bedroom was exceptionally small and the bed was the exact size as the room so there was no space to walk or put anything.

Great location but in July, construction was noisy.
Pros:

Location was great. We walked everywhere and there was a ton to do near us. There was a metro stop right across the street. Space was roomy enough for 5. We didn’t cook but the basics were there.

Cons:

There was construction going on in the courtyard and our room faced that area. Ok at night but very noisy during the day. One of our group was ill and trying to rest and that was impossible. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom and not much space in there which was a bit of a challenge with 5 staying for three days. There was only one pillow per person. The pull out couch was difficult to use for seating during the day as it wouldn’t stay in position. This was the most I have ever paid for lodging so my expectations were high.

Pros:

Ηταν σαν να νιώθεις στο σπίτι σου. Είχε όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Πολύ κεντρικό, ακριβώς απέναντι από σταθμό τρένου, οπότε οι μετακινήσεις προς αεροδρόμιο με βαλίτσες ήταν πανεύκολες! Η γειτονιά έχει σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια….
Έχει πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο ρούχων, πολύ βολικό γι αυτούς που ταξιδεύουν καιρό. Εμείς ήμασταν τυχεροί και κάναμε νωρίτερα check in χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Πολύ βολικό γιατί φτάσαμε νωρίς στο κατάλυμα. Επίσης, υπάρχει 24ωρο «ρεσεψιόν» εικονική. Σου απαντάνε άμεσα σε ότι ζητήσεις ή σε ότι πρόβλημα προκύψει.

Cons:

Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι δεν πέρασε η καθαρίστρια καμία μέρα στα 3 βράδια που μείναμε. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο να έχει περάσει την δεύτερη μέρα για καινούριες πετσέτες και για τα σκουπίδια του δωματίου.

Great location right next to Nørreport station and Torvehallerne; spacious apartment; thoughtful touches like step stool for kids, fully equipped kitchenette and fans.

The stay had some positives, but several avoidable issues significantly affected our experience.
Pros:

The location was good. The amenities were generally adequate. The check-in process was convenient and straightforward.

Cons:

There was not enough storage space in the bathroom, so we struggled to find a place for our toiletries. During our stay, the elevator broke down and it took almost a full day to repair. As a family with a baby, we had to carry both our luggage and the stroller up and down four flights of stairs. In such a situation, we would have appreciated some physical assistance from the staff. The cleanliness was average at best; for example, we had to clean the toilet ourselves when we arrived. Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of service in these areas.

Pros:

Convenience of location is incredible - though enter "Venders" in maps to find since the given address is completely off. Right of the subway and a couple of minutes away from groceries and a food court.

Enough space and very clean.

Luggage storage for after check out.

Kitchen does have a dishwasher and Nespresso machine (and they kindly provide pods).

Cons:

No wifi- and the promised repair man never came. So staff a bit on the unmotivated side.

No mechanism to fix the windows open so have to close them at night and then the room can't cool down enough for the day. So not recommended during a heat wave.

No microwave in the kitchen is a big minus for when you just want to warm up milk for a morning coffee :/

Shower pressure is really not that bad - it's enough to get the soap and shampoo off in good time.
