amazing place to stay
L’accueil , la déco des espaces communs et la surface de la suite avec sa vue
J’ai été dure dans ma notation car nous parlons d’un 4 seasons quand même . J’avais demandé un lit pour ma fille on lui a mis un parc , elle a dormi 2 nuits sans matelas !
Ce n’est pas parce que nous n’avions pas 36 demandes dans notre réservation que nous ne sommes pas exigeants pour autant …
Bémol aussi pour le restaurant La flamme , dîner où nous avons dû solliciter à plusieurs reprises le personnel ( pour notre repas et celui de notre bébé ) et pour le brunch du lendemain même constat 4 demandes de café pour qu’au final ce soit mon mari qui aille les chercher !
Pour finir bémol au niveau du ménage aussi , un macaron retrouvé par terre après le passage …
Bref peut être que j’avais mis la barre trop haut considérant que c’était un Four Seasons .

When I got back, I had to request the invoice three times by email because it wasn’t sent to me.
And they aren’t prepared for gluten-free guests; they should offer more options, especially at breakfast. I had clearly mentioned my intolerance in an email to the hotel before I left, and the only thing they offered me was gluten-free bread.
At 45 euros per person for breakfast, I honestly expect more—and better quality food.

Красивый отель, как и все отели с этим названием. Красивая большая территория. Живописный вид на океан. Большие номера. Очень современные и с отличным ремонтом. Хорошая автоматизация номеров. Очень современные.

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. Rooms were spacious with superb bathrooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast buffet.
The location is poor - it’s by a main road so when you’re by the pool you hear traffic all day. And the part of Rabat where it is located is not very nice - the coastal road is ok but not particularly nice and you can’t walk to decent restaurants or historic sites from the hotel. As a result we took taxis everywhere and the hotel uses a preferred taxi driver who I felt ripped us off every time.
Also the service was generally very slow. Even checking in took ages and I had to go and ask if it was done.

Não ficamos hospedados pois tivemos que adiar a vigem por conta de uma emergência medica com um dos familiares. O hotel foi intransigente e não aceitou a alteração de datas sem custos. Ressalto que todos os outros hotéis previstos em nosso roteiro de 20 dias ao Marrocos concordaram na alteração, inclusive os hoteis Four Seasons de Marrakesh e Casablanca.
Já tive oportunidade de utilizar a rede Four Seasons em outras ocasiões, mas o tratamento oferecido durante as tratativas foi deselegante. Transferimos nossa hospedagem para o Ritz-Carlton.

Unhelpful staff at reception. Long Check-in time and weird way of communicating. Definitely not like Four Seasons at other countries.
Unprofessional staff at breakfast. AC at room was disaster. And many other unpleasant details. I did not enjoy my stay.
My stay at Conrad was far much better than here. I don’t recommend it. I will diffidently stay at Conrad at my next visit.
