Pros:

L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’architecture et la décoration, qui mettent parfaitement en valeur l’élégance de la tradition marocaine tout en y associant une touche de modernité raffinée.

Un grand merci à Mohamed Magdy, responsable de la réception, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Très professionnel, réactif, à l’écoute et toujours disponible, il répondait rapidement à nos demandes et s’est assuré que tout se déroule parfaitement. Son sens du service et son attention aux détails ont fait toute la différence.

Nous souhaitons également remercier du plus profond de notre cœur, Redouane, membre de l’équipe de la piscine, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse extrême et son sourire constant. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Absolument rien, tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes, voire au-delà. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel luxueux, que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : le service, les installations, la propreté et l’attention portée aux clients.
Une expérience 10/10. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Rabat.

Fabulous slice of luxury in a beautiful setting
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful in an old Palace, with an incredible pool area. The staff were impeccable. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, it was just a shame that we were the only ones in there. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. It’s situated a little out of the way from centre but we walked a few minutes and used the tram . I would definitely recommend the hotel and the attention to detail was wonderful

Cons:

We ordered drinks at the pool one afternoon and after they hadn’t arrived in around 30 minutes we were then told, it was shut and we had to go into the cocktail bar which seemed a little odd for a hotel of that calibre. The following day, we were given an apology and a complimentary drink.
