На фото состояние ремонта в номере 6419. Это я наблюдал все четыре дня пребывания и никто даже не убрал пыль и отвалившу

Место расположения, красивая и уютная зона лобби

Cons:

Некомпетентный персонал, нет должной реакции на запросы (уборка номера, помощь с багажем, подготовка счета при выезде из отеля). Служба размещения (Reception) не владеет актуальной информацией о режиме работы ресторанов. Запросы, которые направляли в чат отеля не обрабатываются должным образом. Требуется косметический ремонт в номерах и коридорах. Присутствует неприятный запах в коридорах и ощущение сырости. Ассортимент на завтраке не впечатляет по сравнению с другими отелями сети Four Seasons. Персонал, задействованный на завтраке старается, но забывает заказы и не закреплен за отдельными столами. Создается впечатление, что персонала много, но организация их работы хаотична. Худший опыт пребывания в отеле сети.

Pros:

Service was amazing, clean and very friendly staff. They chat 24/7 very quick response and speed service. Very comfortable bed

Cons:

The ocean view was lovely; however, the view from the other side was not very pleasant, possibly due to the ongoing construction work in the area.

Best pool day ever
Pros:

Beauty full hotel and pool area. A lovely bed and silent aircon.

Cons:

Arriving at night and not being permitted to drive to the entrance. We had to walk from the main gate to the entrance.

Barista services variated from bad to ok.

Reception wrote through WhatsApp with no names. They are supposed to write through booking.com

Beautiful property with a long way to improve on service quality and consistency
Pros:

The property is new and very nice.. All the staff we interacted, without exception, was very kind and eager to help although, as I'll explain later, the service lacked a lot in organization, quality and consistency.
I'll mention in a very positive way the staff at Cocktail Bar Atlantique.

Cons:

Quality of service with several fails since check-in to room service, including breakfast with the exception of Atlantique.
The last day we ordered room service and this was delivered without bread, butter salt, pepper and lemon (for the harira soup where's it's specifically mentioned); after phoning room service again for bread, lemon and salt and pepper only bread and lemon was provided and after finishing dinner!!!
On Four Seasons credit I should mention we were offered one lunch and one dinner to soften all the service shortcomings!!

Séjour magnifique, endroit sublime.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique avec des décors lumineux et colorés. Les couloirs de l’hôtel sont parfumés en permanence c’est formidable. Les chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très grand avec de grands couloirs, il serait peut être judicieux de renforcer (discrètement) la signalétique.

Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla y las habitaciones estan genial. Tambien el spa es super guay.

Cons:

El trato de la recepcionista al hacer el check in. Nos tuvo mas de 1h esperando para poder entrar en nuestras habitaciones. Primero porque decia que no le valía mi tarjeta de residencia en Rabat (trabajo y vivo aquí) habiendola utilizado en otras ocasiones sin ningun problema. Despues porque no eran capaces de ponernos las habitaciones en el.mismo pasillo a pesar de que previamente por Whatsapp les habia dicho el tipo de cama que queria y les habia expresado que queria cercanía en las habitaciones. Es una pena que a este tipo de hoteles le falle el personal.
