Great size studio with fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage, functional with lots of workspace. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, and had a spacious modern bathroom. Great view from our 7th floor room. The facility has self service laundry operated and paid via app. Breakfast and lounge bar available. Lovely outdoor rooftop seating area. Free tea and coffee station in the main lobby is great. The hotel is right opposite Kagran U-Bahn station, and 10min ride from main attractions in Innere Stadt. There is a supermarket located under the hotel, and large Westfield shopping centre across the road. A fantastic accommodation - highly recommended!
Clearer signage and lighting over escalator area to front of the hotel will be helpful, especially for customers new to the area and arriving at night.

Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist top. Beim Frühstück hat man einen super Blick auf die Stadt.
Das System mit dem Fahrstuhl ist umständlich, manchmal wartet man 2 Minuten bis einer kommt. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht sehr umfangreich. Alles Selbstbedienung, selbst das Abräumen vom Geschirr. Es werden nicht mal die Tische abgewischt, was besonders unhygienisch war.
Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit einzelnen Apartments, die viel modernen Komfort und viel Platz bieten.
Nah am Hotel sind Sparmarkt, Restaurants und UBahn, sowie Straßenbahn. In der Nähe gibt es sogar ein Einkaufszentrum und Kino.
Ich habe das Fitnessstudio täglich genutzt und fand sowohl Ausblick, als auch Ausstattung (ein paar Geräte, Wasserspender und Handtücher) sehr angenehm, auf Privatsphäre wird geachtet.
Auch dem Frühstücksraum mangelt es nicht an Ausstattung (Büffett, Vollautomaten mit zusätzlichen Milchalternativen, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten) und einen tollen Ausblick - unter anderem auch auf eine nette Dachterasse.
Das Zimmer war geräumig mit Tresor und sehr praktischen Lichtschaltern (ein Klick und alle Lichter aus). Doch dafür war die Temperatur perfekt.
Auch das Bett fand ich sehr angenehm, Stauraum gab es auch genügend. Die Küche habe ich nicht genutzt, doch da ist alles Notwendige vorhanden.
Auch im Bad gibt es nichts auszusetzen. An der Rezeption wurde mir bei der Anmeldung noch extra erwähnt, dass ich jederzeit nach Handtuchnachschub fragen kann. Generell war das Personal sehr höflich.
Lediglich die Klima war mir einen Tick zu laut und auch der Nachbar war trotz Lärmdämmung nachts zu hören. Aber Hörschutz hat geregelt.
Und die Lichter im Bad (Spiegel) haben leicht geflackert.

No Explanation , No nothing.refused to check us in in middle of the night.

Siistiä oli, sijainti tosi hyvä metron lähellä. Toisessa huoneessa kylpyamme, minikeittiöstä löytyi astiat, mikro ja astianpesukone. Toisessa huoneessa minijääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja kylpyhuoneessa suihku. Hyvät sängyt ja hiljainen alue.
Pidin kaikesta.
Eco friendly, calm, clean, very comfortable
The hotel room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice that there was coffee machine in the lobby so the guests could use it anytime! Also there was even tge plant milk in cute small bags.
I was not able to find the hotel at once. Navigator showed me the way then changed the route suddenly. So I did a few circles until I noticed the way upstairs! So, be attentive and use the stairs or escalator to get to the entrance of the hotel!
Another thing was that there was the strange closed door in the room. It was a little bit weird and uncomfortable.
