Pros:

Das Appartement ist für unseren Zweck gut gelegen gewesen und die Übernachtung war gut.

Cons:

Das Internet funktionierte nicht ("verbunden mit WLAN ohne Internet"). Trotz zweier Anrufe und versprochenem Rückruf sowie versuchtem Kontakt hier über Booking gab es weder eine Antwort noch eine Lösung. Das war sehr unpraktisch, weil auch 4G praktisch nicht nutzbar war.
Das Appartement hat außerdem ein paar kleinere Macken. Das Bad ohne Fenster roch stark (offenbar länger nicht benutzt: Wasser in den Duschabfluss und eine Weile die Lüftung laufen lassen half). Die Spülmaschine war zu Beginn nicht leer geräumt.
Das Parkhaus ist etwas weit weg. Wenn man wie wir sein Kennzeichen nicht rechtzeitig angibt, ist es problematisch, rein und raus zu kommen (hat aber letztlich geklappt).

Tiszta és rendezett szállás!
Pros:

Szállás rendezett és tiszta volt. Külön öröm, hogy kávé és tea is a rendelkezésre állt! Kérésre parkolóházban lehetett hagyni az autót. A parkolóház és a szállás között rövid sétát kellett tenni (5-10 perc) de ez egyáltalán nem volt zavaró. Bejelentkezéshez szükséges útmutató e-mailben volt átküldve, egyértelmű és nem bonyolult.

Cons:

Nem zavaró és nem feltétlen nagy hiba, de érdemes lenne pótolni a hiányzó poharakat, illetve átnézni a szekrényben a készletet, mert voltak sérült bögrék és tányérok. Tükörvilágítás nem működött.

До станції метро 5 хвилин пішки. Поруч магазин. Є сквери для відпочинку, дитячі майданчики.

Więcej negatywów niż pozytywów
Pros:

Pokój był czysty. Łazienka duża, dobre ciśnienie wody, suszarka na miejscu. Pościel czysta. Dobre miejsce na zatrzymanie się na noc na trasie. Parking zlokalizowany kawałek od mieszkania, ale nie jest to problematyczne (mozna wypakować walizki pod blokiem i odstawić samochód na parking pozniej). Warto przeczytać wszystko co napisane w wiadomościach od zarządcy (mapki, check in online) - jeśli się tego nie zrobi i byłyby problemy z czymkolwiek, trzeba czekać pół godziny na infolinii żeby się skontaktować z zarządcą. Na parkingu nie ma przypisanego miejsca, można stawać gdzie się chce - może komuś przyda się ta informacja. Wjazd i wyjazd z parkingu bez problemu - podaliśmy wcześniej nr rej, więc szlaban otwierał się sam.

Niestety o wiele więcej negatywów niż pozytywów. Pokój był przygotowany na 2 osoby zamiast 4. Żeby skontaktować się z zarządcą mieszkania (pokoju) musiałam wisieć na linii 29 minut. Na szczęście niedługo po tym wysłano panią, która zostawiła dodatkową pościel i ręczniki. Baterie w pilocie od klimatyzacji były wyczerpane, więc przekładaliśmy z pilota od tv. W kuchni co prawda zostawione jako poczęstunek kawa i herbata - ale jakieś 3 przypadkowe, gołe torebki - chyba już lepiej byłoby gdyby nic nie było. Pokój jest zlokalizowany na parterze, wydaje się że oryginalnie to jest lokal usługowy (są duże okna od podłogi do sufitu zasłonięte żaluzjami). Nie ma możliwości uchylenia okna czy przewietrzenia pokoju. Niby nic, ale jakoś nieswojo czuliśmy się z tym faktem. Wchodzi się na kod, nie ma kluczyka od pokoju. Może to wszystko brzmi na mało ważne sprawy - ale gdy przyjechaliśmy zmęczeni po trasie mieliśmy wrażenie że za dużo kosztuje nas zachodu check in, utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem itp. Mieliśmy bardzo średnie wrażenie o tym miejscu.
