The location is nice. The apartment is a good size. The bed is comfy.

Communication with the host was troubled, but in fairness, we booked last minute. They were very reachable, and nice. The apartment sometimes felt a bit sterile, there isn’t a couch or really a sitting area other than one chair at the entrance.

Pros:

Apartamentul arata foarte bine este mobilat si utilat modern. In bucatarie este vesela si un aparat de cafea se poate pregati micul dejun sau orice alte mese. Dormitorul arata foarte bine, are asternuturi bune si baia e spatioasa. Are doua aere conditionate. E foarte bine localizat in centrul Vienei aproape de restaurante si cafenele. Sunt locuri de parcare accesibile pe strada. Recomand aceasta cazare daca vreti sa explorati orasul.

Decent aparthotel, centrally located, less than 10 minutes walk away from the ring. It is clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. There is a luggage room, which makes life easier if you need to leave your luggage somehwere.

Cons:

Whoever designed this bathroom has a sense of humor,as the bathroom is a joke! No shower door, no inclination to push the water down the drain, so you can imagine the result....Then, despite the ample space, the sink is outside the bathroom! Some progressive modernity beyond my humble comprehension I guess!

Pros:

We really liked the location of this place. it was easy to walk around the city and to different areas. Very clean and well thought out space. You can use the washing machines for a small price and they were really easy to use.

Cons:

Unfortunately you can't adjust the air conditioning to be colder than what it was set

便利で清潔。リーズナブルな分、十分なサービス期待してはいけない。

良くなかった点を3つ書きますが、トータルとしては悪くはないと思います。

Cons:

金曜日にチェックインをしたが、事前にコード等が教えられる事はなかった。玄関でどうしていいかわからず、玄関に記載してある電話番号に電話したら鍵が自動的に降りてきた。日本の携帯電話だったので、国際電話はどうしたらいいのかわからずやや困惑をした。事前にその辺のことを教えて欲しかった。ウィーンで電話を使用することができない人にはお勧めしない。ここでマイナス1点。
セーフティーボックスがあるので安心だと思っていたが、セイフティーボックスを入れている扉が壊れており、セーフティーボックスの1部が破損していた。結局セイフティーボックスは使わなかった。ここでマイナス1点。
金曜日にチェックインした時はWi-Fiが使えていたが、土曜日の朝には使えなくなっていた。スマートテレビも使えなくなっていた。そのことを土曜日の午前中に連絡したが、結局月曜日のチェックアウトまで使えずじまいであった。Wi-Fiが三日間使えないことがあるということで、さらにマイナス1点。
メッセージへの反応は迅速であり、とても丁寧で好印象である。しかし、実際に対策してくれていないので、役に立たないと思う。
ビジネスモデルとしては、なるべく人手を使わずコストを削減するとともに、コールセンターを充実させると言うビジネスモデルはアリだなと思う。決してネガティブではなく、こういうビジネスモデルだと思って宿泊する方にはとてもお勧めできます。

The duplex apartment was fully furnished and the location was perfect for our purpose.

Cons:

There were no prior explanations about the details of how to receive the keys (we had to call to sort it out) nor about the fact that there was no elevator. We had a large, heavy suitcase and it was a very unpleasant surprise. There was also no extra internal security lock on the door, and we saw someone from the outside operating our doorknob, which was quite worrying, and it wasn't room cleaning time...

Einmaliges Apartment in Zentrumsnähe

Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Die Nähe zum Naschmarkt und zu Zentrum sind super.
