Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön und modern eingerichtet und in einer super Lage

Cons:

Die Heizung ist ausgefallen und somit war es extrem kalt + kein warmes Wasser. Achtung, dieses Problem sei schon öfter aufgetaucht!
Wir mussten dann mitten in der Nacht in ein anderes Hotel umziehen auf eigene Kosten. Da das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte, mussten wir uns für die restlichen 4 Nächte ebenfalls kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. So haben wir uns unseren Urlaub nicht vorgestellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfect location for exploring our new favourite city!
Pros:

Perfect location to explore Vienna. Well equipped and spacious apartment and super comfortable bed!

Cons:

Shower could be doing with a bit of a deep clean/maybe some of the grouting replaced as it felt unclean. Last morning of our stay there was no hot water.

Mein Apartment war bei der Anreise so kalt und der Support konnte mir nicht sagen wie man die Heizung hochdreht, so dass er mir ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen hat. Dieses Apartment hatte 21 Grad und Mitternacht Absenkung hatte ich sportliche 19 Grad morgens im Zimmer. Ich weiß das Heizen und Luxusgut geworden ist, aber Hotelzimmer mit diesen Temperaturen werde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Und wie bei jedem Hotelzimmer, weiß auch hier so dass der Hausmeister mit dem Werkzeugkoffer die Zimmer aufsuchen könnte. Weil dann würde bei der Duschtür nicht das Scharnier aus der Wand fallen und der Gast nicht beim Betreten das Gefühl haben dass sie gleich rausfällt.
