Kleines Manko: Etwas dunkel da die Wohnung im Lichthof-Erdgeschoß liegt. Aber andererseits war gerade deswegen kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Sehr ruhig. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Stylische Unterkunft in guter Lage
Pros:

Unser Appartement hat uns aufgrund der Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut gefallen. Bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Wasser, kleine Aufmerksamkeit etc. - alles da, was wir benötigten. Und die zwei Ebenen waren einfach was besonderes. :)
Der Safe war leider kaputt und die Duschabtrennung undicht, so dass beim ersten Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Mit etwas Vorsicht konnten wir das am nächsten Morgen verhindern. Da sollte nachgebessert werden. Wahrscheinlich ist deshalb das Bad auch ein bisschen muffig. Wir fanden dennoch den Aufenthalt echt toll, da das Zimmer sehr stylisch ist und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns gepasst hat.

Cons:

Defekter Safe, Duschabtrennung undicht, hier und da ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral an einer Einkaufsstraße, in der Nähe vom Naschmarkt und am Haus des Meeres. Auch die U-Bahn Stationen sind schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

An und für sich ist die Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip ganz okay. In unserem Schlafbereich war es sehr schwierig das Fenster zu öffnen. Hierfür wäre ein Hocker oder anderes empfehlenswert.
Des Weiteren lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig ab...somit stand das Bad teilweise unter Wasser.
Hat man eine Wohnung im unteren Stockwerk, wirkt sie eher dunkel.
Für unseren Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen war es dennoch okay

Pros:

The hotel's location is nice, safe, and convenient if you manage to find parking near the hotel—I did :) There are many nice places to have dinner nearby.

Cons:

The hotel staff is "a little lazy" when it comes to providing assistance if problems arise—of course, everything gets resolved, but it takes some time—imagine if we were rushing to catch a plane, for example...

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, perfect for visiting Vienna Stadthalle and the city
Pros:

The location was really great – perfectly situated between the old city centre and Vienna Stadthalle, where we attended an event. It’s also right next to a shopping street. The apartment was comfortable and pleasantly quiet, so we had a good night’s rest.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a good deep clean, especially the shower. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Biraz daha iyileştirmeleri gereken konular var ama konum ve fiyata göre tekrar kalırdım

Konumu harika studio dairede konakladık yine gelsem yine burda kalabilirim.

Cons:

Bebeğim 21 aylık o kadar küçük bir beşik temin etmişlerdi ki anca içine 1 yaşındaki bebek bile rahat edemez dapdar ve minicik dönemedi kızım uyurken o yüzden gece çok uyandı öyle söyleyim. Ve küçücük derken asla abartmadığımı söylemek isterim. Park yatak istedim fakat yokmuş. Ek olarak 4 gün konakladık çıkıştan 1 gün önce oda temizlenecek dendi alt katı temizlemişler üst katı pis bırkamışlar çöpleri almamışlar.temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldılar

やり取りは全てメッセージを通してでしたが、返信も素早く、質問にはすぐに対応して頂き安心でした。チェックイン・アウト前後に、専用スペースにスーツケースを置かせてもらうことが出来たのはとても有り難かったです。お部屋には冷蔵庫やアイロンもあり、共用洗濯機もありました。
スタイリッシュ・清潔なお部屋で、気持ちのよい滞在が出来ました。
