A fantastic base for exploring Zell am See
Pros:

Fantastic location, modern and spotless throughout, with a lovely pool, two saunas and relaxation areas. The complimentary Sommercard was a huge bonus and gave us access to loads of activities, including gondolas, the lake boat and lido. The free coffee downstairs and on-site parking (at an additional cost of €15 per night) were also great.

Cons:

The room was extremely warm with no air conditioning, so we had to leave the patio doors open, which unfortunately let insects in at night. The kitchenette was also poorly equipped for self-catering, and the bathroom/bed area felt a little cramped. The patios are close together too, so privacy is limited. Staff were accommodating, but the service felt quite functional rather than particularly friendly.

No daily room cleaning.
* If you request cleaning, they only take out the trash; they do not clean the room.
* Check-out is very early at 10 AM, with an extra charge for a one-hour delay.
* Not allowed to stay in the lobby after check-out.
* Overall, the hotel is good, but the cleaning service, early check-out, and reception service could be improved.

A great new option for a family stay in the center of Zell am See
Pros:

This new hotel is very well located in the center of Zell am See, but in a quiet street. Bedrooms have all the confort needed with great amenities, in our case it was a 1 bedroom family apartment with kitchen and 2 baths. The balcony was spacious and even had a partial, view on the lake and mountains. The buffet breakfast had everything we could ask for, salted or sweet, hot or cold, and was regularly sourced. Personal was very friendly, and accomodating espcially with the parking. The Sommer card offered was a big plus, with free access to a great beach club nearby and all mountain lifts. Highly recommended, we would come back with pleasure.

Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Sehr gut kam bei uns die Kaffeemaschine im Foyer an.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist ziemlich eng, aber bei der Lage verständlich.

Great location, comfortable room and convenient parking. An excellent stay in Zell am See.
Pros:

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, everything is very well connected and the property is easy to reach. Having parking available was extremely convenient, especially when travelling by car. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and everything about the stay felt easy and well organized. A great base for exploring Zell am See and the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was air conditioning. It was noticeable during our summer stay, although obviously this would not be an issue during the winter season. Other than that, we genuinely had no complaints.
