Spectacularly situated with a stunning view of the valley. Helpful staff. Plain but serviceable room

Sehr freundlicher Wirt. Die Zimmer werden gerade renoviert. Frühstück gut.
Übernachtung war ein Zwischenstopp und hat genau gepasst.

I tried your virtual help, not of any help.
Arrived and the door was locked. No one there no reception. A man then came, didn’t want our passports or anything. Construction materials and dirt everywhere!!!
NO one else in entire place. A man gave us a key. The pictures will tell the story. Broken down, dirty, a mattress of stains and what appeared to be straw or horse hair. No soap, stained old little table. Noise from saws below us. I tried to find the one man that gave us the key, I could NOT.
In all my travels all over the world have I never found anything more disgusting and disappointing!
This location should NOT, I say NOT be up on Hotels.com site.
I want a FULL refund!
I left a note at the front desk saying why we could NOT stay. I left with my note !!!
Again, there was NO one around except for the construction workers.

Sehr schöne Zwischenübernachtung, tolles Frühstück. Es gab Mensxhen zur Skipiste.

It may seem like the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but that's just a false impression.

The surrounding area and views around the hotel are stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Looking forward to going back.

Nach 7 stunden von Deutschland bis zur Gasthof Lublass,endlich angekommen,
an der Rezeption hat man uns gesagt dass wir haben keine Reservierung für dieser eine nacht obwohl wir eine ausdrucken von unsere Resevierung vor gelegt haben. Das Gasthof sind ausgebucht und wir mussen abend um 18:00 uhr unterkunft suchen. Nach dieser schrecklich erfahrung werden wir nie nie und nicht mehr über Expedia buchung.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk. De kamers smoezelig. Bedden niet allemaal schoon.

Genau das was wir gesucht haben für eine Nacht. Preis/Leistung passt. Essen sehr lecker. Personal Top. 😀

Camera fredda, e molto sempliciotta. Per stare semplicemente stesi si smonta la rete del letto. Abbiamo dormito in discesa. Abbiamo cercato il titolare ma in reception e in hotel in generale non c’era nessuno. Assistenza zero. Hotel troppo caro per il nulla che offre
