Pros:

Cons:

Немає

I would stay there again
Pros:

Clean, comfortable. I liked the 'eco' vibe and slightly quirky but interesting decor.

Cons:

On one morning the TV and radio was very interrupted and jittery. Maybe a problem with the broadband?

Good location, but a few inconveniences
Pros:

= Location
The location was excellent — very convenient for accessing the city center.
The room was clean and comfortable to use.
= Staff
I met three staff members in total.
Two of them (night and late-night shifts) were very kind and helpful,
but one staff member was quite rude, which made the experience unpleasant.
= Breakfast
Simple but fine.
= Parking
Since parking on the street is free on Saturdays and Sundays,
I parked on the roadside without any issue.
No need to use the hotel parking lot during weekends.

Cons:

= Parking
Be careful with parking before check-in.
If you park before checking in, you might have to reverse your car uphill on a sloped driveway to get out.
We arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled check-in time.
We parked first and went to the front desk to ask politely if it was okay to park before check-in.
Although the gate bar was open, the actual parking entrance was closed with an iron shutter.
After explaining the situation at the front desk, a staff member told us that street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays,
so we said, “In that case, we’ll park outside.”
When I tried to move the car and asked them to simply open the entrance gate so I could turn and drive out forward,
the a staff member just told me to reverse instead.
At that time, another car had already entered behind us,
but a staff member didn’t help to manage the situation and simply went back inside the front desk.
In the end, we had to handle the situation ourselves,
asking the guest behind us to move their car so that we could get out.
= One staff member
During check-out, I requested invoices for four guests.
Three of them were properly printed as two-page documents including the card payment details,
but one was printed as a single-page document without such information.
When I asked for the same format to be reprinted,
one of the staff members kept saying “it's okay, it’s the same” and refused to explain the difference,
even after I showed him the other invoices for comparison.
Later, he asked me, “Can you read this Document?”
This question felt not only rude but also dismissive, as if he was trying to blame the guest rather than addressing the actual issue.
Such a remark was highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
If he had simply admitted that he didn’t know the reason, that would have been perfectly fine.
However, his unnecessary attitude made the situation uncomfortable and left a very unpleasant impression overall.
