Sehr gutes Hotel, das leider etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war wunderbar bequem und auch im Einzelzimmer richtig groß. Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel weit außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs sind unter der Woche zu kurz.

Cons:

Zimmer war im ersten Stock, obwohl die Buchung auf Zr. 435 lautete. Da ich gerne bei offenen Fenster schlafe, war dies für mich nicht möglich, da es ein begehbares Dach gibt. Auch wenn das Fenster nur gekippt werden kann.
Ob das Zimmer die angegebenen 25 m2 hatte, bezweifle ich.

Bei Ankunft sollte ich meine Kreditkartendaten inkl. Geheimzahl (Cod) bekannt geben mit der Androhung kein Zimmer zu bekommen, wenn ich die Kreditkartendaten nicht bekannt gebe, Obwohl meinem Kartendaten schon bei der Buchung verifiziert wurden!?!?! Zimmer stark verschmutzter Teppich, Im Badezimmer Schimmelbildung in der Dusche!

Hotel v klidné části Vídně
Pros:

Na pokoji byla LCD televize, manuálně nastavitelná klimatizace, trezor, lednička a rychlovarná konvice. Pokoj měl dobré osvětlení i zatemnění hustými závěsy. Čistota pokoje vcelku dobrá. Určitě chválím pohodlnou postel s vysokou matrací a velikou vanu v koupelně. Check-in i check-out byl vcelku svižný a pohodový.

Cons:

- Sauna byla mimo provoz.
- Ve skříni na oblečení jsem našel zbytek pečiva po předchozím hostu.
- Probuzení informačním e-mailem hotelu v 5:02 ráno o tom že se blíží můj check-out.

The temperature in the room and also in the hall and total hotel was to high. Opening the window took 2 hours to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

Pěkný nikoli však moderní hotel, horší dostupnost MHD.
Pros:

Pěkný hotel trochu na okraji Vídně. Příjemná velikost pokoje. Příjemný poměr cena/výkon.

Cons:

Wellness je reálně pouze sauna, která funguje od 17-21 hodin čili filtr “wellness hotel” je velmi zavádějící. Zároveň bych u 4* očekával vstřícnější personál. Není možný žádný dodatečný servis, což bych u 4* považoval za standart. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem do hotelu přicestoval nočním letem z Itálie, tak v přístupu jsem vnímal velký kontrast.
