Love the breakfast, the staff was incredible and very accommodating.

There was only 1 elevator working and couldn't distinguish if the working one was going up or down.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für das Wochenende
Pros:

Am Wochenende Frühstück bis 12h ist sehr angenehm, das Zimmer war komfortabel und auch mit dem Baby groß genug.

Cons:

Ich finde Schade dass man auch als Hotelgast für die Garage bezahlen muss. 21€/Tag ist nicht wenig. Man muss teilweise auf den Aufzug sehr lange warten.

Wer nur schlafen will ist gut aufgehoben. Ansonsten fragwürdig.

Suite sauber und schön.

Cons:

Do not Disturb Schild wird missachtet ohne Grund. Klo ist neben Bett und man schaut dem anderen am Klo zu vom Bett aus. Besonders die Spülgeräusche sind ein Highlight das man nicht missen möchte. Wir hatten unsere Hochzeitsnacht in der Suite und das mehrfach erwähnt. Wir kamen um 3 Uhr früh ins Hotel. Automaten unten natürlich zu 90% leer. Minibar leer - NICHTS DA. NICHTS!. Frontdesk geht nicht ans Telefon, gut das es kein Notfall war. Hab dann was mit Lieferando bestellt und unten abgeholt. Frontdesk war natürlich besetzt. Ignoriert einfach nur Anrufe. Bitte nicht stören Schild rausgehängt. Um 10:15 klopft es an der Tür. Ich ignoriers. 5min später lauter. Ich geh raus und frag was los ist. In gebrochenen Englisch wird mir dann geantwortet dass er jetzt Zimmer putzen will. Ich zeige aufs DND Schild und meine das wir das absichtlich rausgehängt haben. Ich war noch recht freundlich. Der Typ wurde pampig. Hab ihm die Tür vor der Nase zugehaun.

ottimo hotel a Vienna
Pros:

Hotel un po' fuori dal centro ma ero in auto e quindi non mi è pesato. Vicino comunque c'e' un agglomerato moderno di grattacieli dove ci sono bar e ristoranti e adiacente all'hotel c'e' anche un campo da golf a 18 buche. Menzione di merito per il signore alla reception che era simpaticissimo e gentilissimo.
