Skvelé miesto na lyžovačku.
Pros:

Strava bola vynikajúca, skvelý a bohatý výber jedál na raňajky a večeru s koláčikmi. Výborná obsluha a ostatný personál.

Cons:

Pre hotel s označením 4* by sme očakávali na izbe varnú konvicu s možnosťou prípravy kávy alebo čaju v cene. Zároveň sme očakávali TV smart, kde by sme mohli nastaviť vlastný prístup na Netflix, nakoľko výber programov nebol dostupný v našom jazyku (čo je pochopiteľné). Upratovanie izby by sa mohlo o niečo zlepšiť, keďže sa len doplnilo WC papier a vyprázdnili koše. Bez ustlania postele a zmývanie podlahy v kúpeľni s viditeľnými šmuhami na podlahe. Vo wellness by mala byť stála obsluha, ktorá by dopĺňala občerstvenie - chýbala mi tam ochladzovacia kaďa, boli iba sprchy.

Reggeli és vacsora nagy választékkal, nagyon kedves személyzettel. Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, minden volt, amire szükség volt. Parkolás a helyszínen, magyarul beszélő személyzet, akik mindenben készségesen segítettek.

Cons:

A desszertekben sajnos többször csalódtunk.

Die Lage

Cons:

Ungarische 4 Sterne, aber nicht in Österreich. Man wird im Restaurant zuerst auf ungarisch angesprochen, bis registriert wird, dass man deutsch spricht. Lage Top. Abendessen gut. Kein Glas Wasser zum 7 bis 12 Euro 1/8 Wein. Frühstück katastrophal- kein Schinken, schlechte Wurst fetter Speck und Grammeln, Orangensaft der 70er, Kuchenbeschreibung nur in Ungarisch, Wartezeit auf Gebäcknachschub.
Zimmer funktional, keine Info was wann wo im Hotel, weder am Zimmer noch in der Rezeption. Fernseher geht nicht, Menü ist ungarisch eingestellt.
Für diese Leistungen ist das Hotel zu teuer.
