Prima accomodatie. Een stopcontact en bedlampje zou er 5 sterren van maken.

Zimmer und Reception ok. Frühstück wenig Auswahl aber mit 16,50 € zu teuer.

Zum dritten Mal da gewesen und wieder sehr zufrieden.

Les chambres sont propres et grandes mais ça ressemble à une chambre d’internat ! Problème de prise , deux mais à l’autre bout de la chambre donc impossible de mettre mon appareil respiratoire même avec mon fil rallonge que j’emmène toujours

Location anonima in un’area industriale. Nessun bar o ristorante nelle vicinanze.
Zona tranquilla, camere spaziose ma spartane. Stranamente una sola presa di corrente in tutta la stanza e lontana dal letto e dal comodino.

Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. Since I am from Pernitz I never had any reason prior to this to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt, since I have family in Pernitz and Gutenstein and could stay there, but because of the Slovenia trip we decided to it it that way. And boy of boy was that a great decision!! That hotel is unbelievable!! Super clean, super friendly staff, buffet breakfast to kill for (everything spotless clean, buffet itself very nicely arranged and lots of delicious cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, cereals, different kind of breads, sausages, you name it. And the coffee equally great!! And then the price!! We paid $ 68 for a double room, two buffet breakfasts included!! And no problem with parking or anything else. Having said all that I will definitely make Wiener Neustadt now a destination, because I would not mind at all spending a few days on every visit in this great place, that not many people know about. I had no idea it existed until I stumbled on it by chance when I booked my hotels online and decided to give it a go simply because it was on the way. To summarize: If you spend some time in lower Austria, give this hotel a try!!!

Good for The price but missing AC south room very hot difficult to sleep in the night, the building keep the heat all night, but clean and comfortable beads

I was passing on the way to Croatia and decided to stay one night to rest. I made reservation on the booking. When we came it turned out that in the room was extremely hot. My 6 year old child the child escaped crying from the room saying he won't go back there. But the worst was the receptionist treating us. He was so cynical and without a problem solved, he told me to step back because he has customers. I am waiting for a refund for the service not performed. We gave up and went to another hotel.

I checked in with my wife at 10 pm, the room was extremely hot, ver bad ventilation, I checked out the second day, as my wife got sick of the heat, I went to the hotel myself, I talked to the reception representative Peter, he called his manager, & informed me that they will only deduct the first 2 nights of my stay, he even told me to send booking.com a message concerning my cancellation, wrote it with me, copied my credit card, & informed me that a refund will returned to it. Now I got an email fro booking telling me that the hotel Will deduct my whole stay. So the hotel is doing fraud, as what I was promised, what was written in front of me in their remarks book at the reception is totally different.

Check in was easy enough with pleasant staff. The room didn't offer essentials for the bathroom so we walked to a nearby Aldi to buy some. The main downside was the rooms were really hot with the fans rotation option broken so we couldn't face them on the beds. Was very in and out of sleep due to it being so stuffy, even when we returned from our night out, the air outside was cool and fresh but as we walked into the hall towards our room, it felt like the heating was on full blast!

I believe this to be a new build hotel. It is very clean and very much lacking in character with a very formal straight line design. Nonetheless the rooms are large and reasonably furnished although one comfy chair would be a very welcome addition as opposed to the 2 kitchen style supplied. No lift which could be a problem for some. I'm guessing this is a budget chain. Certainly one I've not used before. It does the job well and all the staff are pleasant. The adjoining cafe provided a small selection of meals and the adjoining bar similar. To be fair it's all a bit 'sterile' for me.
